The ground crew was pleasant enough. The seats weren't crowded, and we departed and arrived on time. Yay! Overall a good experience. Fares were fair. Today we're leaving from Prague. There seem to be multiple "Delta Air Lines" throughout Yelp. So, If you feel that you've seen this review before, you probably have. I can't say enough good things about Delta, they always do a wonderful job getting me from here to there or... in reverse. it is an amazing airline. It has always been a great airline. Their planes are always clean when we get on. They do a great job of preparing flights from customer to customer. The attendants are always very friendly, courteous and professional. A great group of very talented and committed individuals. They should all be very proud of themselves. I have flown both economy and Delta Priority 1. BIG difference and depending on the length of the flight, it may be worth it. I recognize that there is a big price difference in the two so it's not always an easy choice. This trip ws Delta 1 and it is an amazing experience... Seateing, beverages and amazing food. The seating is always comfortable and there is always enough legroom. (I'm 5'11"). The video screens are a good size and there is always enough entertainment choices. They also have a solid wi-fi on baord. I don't mind flying, really I don't. When I do, Delta does a great job. I'm not always thrilled about being put into a tube and shot across the country sitting for 3-6 hours but when I do, Delta is a great way to go. I have been and will continue to fly 1st class or Delta One. The service is absolutely flawless and at least I can sleep for a little on a long flight.

Self-checking my bags was quick and easy. Security was also quick. Since I was traveling within the Schengen, there were no ID checks during the entire process. There were numerous eateries at typical airport prices, from coffee shops, cafes. Food quality was ok. Departure was on-time!

After I went past TSA, I found the relax lounge in Terminal 2 of the Prague Airport, and decided to sleep early and fell asleep on one of their "beds." The lounge area was large and spacious, with plenty of beds, which I'm so grateful for. My leather jacket came in handy because it actually got chilly throughout the night in the airport relax lounge, and I used it as a blanket. I woke up several times throughout the night, and by 5:30am, the hustle and bustle of airport activity was pretty loud with all the people catching their early-morning flights. I didn't mind, as I felt rested enough before I headed to my gate to catch my flight to Helsinki.

I have lived in Prague for twelve years and have seen the evolution of train travel here, which started with old, very dilapidated trains, to now, where we have LEO. LEO is hands down the best carrier in the Czech Republic. They are a private firm. Trains are new, and it is honestly more like being on an airplane than a train. The prices are incredibly reasonable especially considering their top level service. And the food prices on board are reasonable, no rip off prices. If they are late, which is rare, they apologize on board! Their premium class is unreal-six seats in plush leather, and it's a quiet zone. Well worth the added expense. It is by far the most luxurious train experience in the Czech Republic-I only wish they traveled West to Germany as well. If you go premium book early as these sell out quickly. You can cancel even last minute. I had to cancel one order last week from Ukraine and could not call, however I sent an email to them, and they responded literally within 3 minutes and canceled for me, you cannot ask for better service than this. Their English is great too in case you don't speak Czech. They travel even to Poland and Ukraine, via train and then bus. Staff is very courteous.

You'll see stores selling "local" products that are quite pricey, regular chain restaurants, and some duty-free. I only went to the grocery store before security and it was okay, though I'm sure there was an upcharge for the location. The bathrooms are meh but I've seen worse. They're not the cleanest, but, not disasters. The airport has these uber stations to arrange for a ride. I just used my phone and relied on a hot spot. Uber pickup for me was upstairs on the second floor departure level, strangely.
