I have lived in Prague for twelve years and have seen the evolution of train travel here, which started with old, very dilapidated trains, to now, where we have LEO. LEO is hands down the best carrier in the Czech Republic. They are a private firm. Trains are new, and it is honestly more like being on an airplane than a train. The prices are incredibly reasonable especially considering their top level service. And the food prices on board are reasonable, no rip off prices. If they are late, which is rare, they apologize on board! Their premium class is unreal-six seats in plush leather, and it's a quiet zone. Well worth the added expense. It is by far the most luxurious train experience in the Czech Republic-I only wish they traveled West to Germany as well. If you go premium book early as these sell out quickly. You can cancel even last minute. I had to cancel one order last week from Ukraine and could not call, however I sent an email to them, and they responded literally within 3 minutes and canceled for me, you cannot ask for better service than this. Their English is great too in case you don't speak Czech. They travel even to Poland and Ukraine, via train and then bus. Staff is very courteous.

We tried flagging them down many times but got ignored majority of the times. We were actually able to order but the worker said he would be right back and never came back with food. Terrible staff who don't deserve the any pay at all they don't do their jobs in the first place on checking tickets they just sit there twiddling their thumbs for hours. Along side of the terrible service and staff the train has constant delays. Never ride this again I would rather spend hundreds on a bolt. Never again would I take this train.

The airport personal are efficient and have great English. Always a help!! We used Fast Pass for Security & have European Passports... so at a major advantage. They have a huge Duty Free to browse. We used the Business Lounge and again... small but has everything you could want. Great coffee & a nice selection of breakfast items. They were amazingly patient with some folks ahead of me: definitely would have tested the TSA's resistance to yelling at them. I didn't experience much of the shopping and dining here but it seemed very generic and non-descript. You'll see stores selling "local" products that are quite pricey, regular chain restaurants, and some duty-free. I only went to the grocery store before security and it was okay, though I'm sure there was an upcharge for the location. The bathrooms are meh but I've seen worse. They're not the cleanest, but, not disasters. The airport has these uber stations to arrange for a ride. I just used my phone and relied on a hot spot. Uber pickup for me was upstairs on the second floor departure level, strangely.

Today we're leaving from Prague. There seem to be multiple "Delta Air Lines" throughout Yelp. So, If you feel that you've seen this review before, you probably have. I can't say enough good things about Delta, they always do a wonderful job getting me from here to there or... in reverse. it is an amazing airline. It has always been a great airline. Their planes are always clean when we get on. They do a great job of preparing flights from customer to customer. The attendants are always very friendly, courteous and professional. A great group of very talented and committed individuals. They should all be very proud of themselves. I have flown both economy and Delta Priority 1. BIG difference and depending on the length of the flight, it may be worth it. I recognize that there is a big price difference in the two so it's not always an easy choice. This trip ws Delta 1 and it is an amazing experience... Seateing, beverages and amazing food. The seating is always comfortable and there is always enough legroom. (I'm 5'11"). The video screens are a good size and there is always enough entertainment choices. They also have a solid wi-fi on baord. I don't mind flying, really I don't. When I do, Delta does a great job. I'm not always thrilled about being put into a tube and shot across the country sitting for 3-6 hours but when I do, Delta is a great way to go. I have been and will continue to fly 1st class or Delta One. The service is absolutely flawless and at least I can sleep for a little on a long flight.

Vaclav Havel Airport Prague - Terminal 1 is also one big airport and still easy to navigate. We were leaving from and the process could not have been easier. we needed (and wanted) lunch and luckily we went to =o the lounge where we had plenty to choose from. They have plenty of restaurants and choices here. So this helped round out an easy voyage. It's was also a very easy to access from the airport from where we were staying... about a 45 minute drive. Our only issue was man-made... we had two big bags packed as heavy as we were allowed. We even had to purchase a duffle bag to lighted and stretch out the load. There was lots of duty free shopping opportunities within the airport, but never felt overwhelmed with the amount of people you would see at a JFK, Atlanta or LAX. Easy mobility throughout. Plenty of clean bathrooms and no charge Wi-Fi that were now seeing in most airports both nationally and internationally. This is always a nice finishing touch while you're waiting for your plane to board. What more could you ask for? Metro Staroměstská is on Line A of the Prague Metro, the station opened in 1978 and is showing its…read moreage slightly, as it opened as part of the inaugural section of Line A, between Leninova and Náměstí Míru. The location of the station is good for tourists wishing to visit Charles Bridge, as it is just a short walk away from one of Prague's most crowded tourist attractions. The overall layout/look/feel of the stop is typical to most other stations on the network, no thrills, even down to the departure boards which I found a little confusing but it does the trick, as you're not going to have to spend long here waiting for a service. It is also an unstaffed station. It is easy to follow the layout of the station as long as you're able to head down the steps from street level to the platform due to a lack of a lift. PRO TIP: Remember the Prague Metro REQUIRES a ticket but lacks a ticket gate, remember to purchase and validate your ticket from the machines by the entrance or risk a large fine. The platform area is pleasant with red moulds. 3*

While it does have escalators, it is not handicapped accessible. It is located under Kaprova street in the Old Town district near the Old Jewish Cemetery and the Rudolfinum nearby. The platform is quite lovely with white stone and red and gold aluminum moldings. It is clean and well lit. Opened in 1986, the station is in great condition. There is a large escalator from the surface to the ticketing and platform level where a single island platform separates the two tracks. On one side, the next stop is Můstek (toward Zličín) and on the other side, the next stop is Florenc (toward Černý Most).
