Customer service absolutely nothing to assist us and wasted our time by having us follow unnecessary steps. Will never recommend or fly on fly dubai again. Because of fly dubai we had to shift/ extend all of our hotel/ trip bookings, extend work day off. Fly dubai did nothing to compensate for the financial loss.

The young lady who checked me in and took care of my checked bag applied the proper priority tag (I am a Delta Airline Diamond Medallion) and added the tag so that I could reclaim the bag in Detroit. Stars off for not mentioning the Czech Airlines lounge in the Prague airport which I should have access to as a SkyTeam Elite Plus with a SkyClub membership and on an international flight. A couple of days before my departure, I got a phone call from the airline informing my flight was canceled. Not sure why, or more because I did not fully understand the agent on the phone. I had to pay a surcharge to arrange international calls to figure out a plan. I ended up flying with a different airline instead. The flight to Amsterdam was still delayed for about 30 mins for unknown reasons. The plane ride was only a little over an hour, yet it was one of the bumpiest plane rides I have ever taken. I don't think the weather was particularly terrible, but the pilot kept the seatbelt sign on the entire time. There was no free snack or water. You had to pay for 2 euros for a bottled soda.

The flight was fine and on time, zero complaints there…read moreeven after being shuttled out to the tarmac on a bus to get on our small plane BUT when we arrived to the airport the flight had been overbooked and we were asked to take another flight for 200euro or 300euro which we passed on. They spotted our carry ons and gave us an issue about their size (both completely compliant for international carry on) yet we ended up having to pay around $35USD each while a TON of other people who had been able to check in online and not have to go to the ticket counter brought their same size bags on for FREE. It wasn't a huge deal but we felt had we checked in individually at the counter and left our bag with the other they wouldn't have gotten us for literally the total price of a third seat. I purchased my flight well in advance on Priceline and it was a total steal. I'd fly CSA again if the price is right.

Great job by Delta... All the time…read more If I leave from New York, Florida, California,Salt Lake City, Buenos Aires, or Nashville ... the experience is usually the same. Today we're leaving from Prague. There seem to be multiple "Delta Air Lines" throughout Yelp. So, If you feel that you've seen this review before, you probably have. I can't say enough good things about Delta, they always do a wonderful job getting me from here to there or... in reverse. it is an amazing airline. It has always been a great airline. Their planes are always clean when we get on. They do a great job of preparing flights from customer to customer. The attendants are always very friendly, courteous and professional. A great group of very talented and committed individuals. They should all be very proud of themselves. I have flown both economy and Delta Priority 1. BIG difference and depending on the length of the flight, it may be worth it. I recognize that there is a big price difference in the two so it's not always an easy choice. This trip ws Delta 1 and it is an amazing experience... Seateing, beverages and amazing food. The seating is always comfortable and there is always enough legroom. (I'm 5'11"). The video screens are a good size and there is always enough entertainment choices. They also have a solid wi-fi on baord. I don't mind flying, really I don't. When I do, Delta does a great job. I'm not always thrilled about being put into a tube and shot across the country sitting for 3-6 hours but when I do, Delta is a great way to go. I have been and will continue to fly 1st class or Delta One. The service is absolutely flawless and at least I can sleep for a little on a long flight.
