When we asked for a full refund, they only said they provide travel vouchers. We told them this was totally useless to us since we are us citizens and will not be traveling to Dubai again. Customer service absolutely nothing to assist us and wasted our time by having us follow unnecessary steps. Will never recommend or fly on fly dubai again. Because of fly dubai we had to shift/ extend all of our hotel/ trip bookings, extend work day off. Fly dubai did nothing to compensate for the financial loss.

The young lady who checked me in and took care of my checked bag applied the proper priority tag (I am a Delta Airline Diamond Medallion) and added the tag so that I could reclaim the bag in Detroit. Stars off for not mentioning the Czech Airlines lounge in the Prague airport which I should have access to as a SkyTeam Elite Plus with a SkyClub membership and on an international flight. I was in line, after figuring out the "desk situation" at 4:50 a.m. As I was waiting I asked the young employee, whose job it was was to smile and direct traffic, if flight 853 was the equivalent of American Airlines flight 6632 as is written on my printed paperwork from the airlines. The woman told me that I had to look at the departure board. I told her that I checked it already and there was nothing connected to AA6632. She told me again that the numbers "flip" and that I would have to stand in front of the board for a while! British Airways, do you know that your employees at the Prague Airport know nothing, seemingly, about your alliance with American Airlines? sheesh. I continued to wait in line while the TWO employees checked people in. There were about 80 people in front of me. Half hour later 2 more employees came to help. I guess they didn't want to get out of bed as early as I did! At 6:10 (!!!) I received my boarding passes. It took me a while to get through security and I ran to the gate. I will now add BA to my list of things/people to avoid for the rest of my life, if at all possible! (Btw, I had tried to check-in the night before the flight via my Ipad. Your site was whack at the time and would not let me go beyond my phone number as I received an error message when I retyped my phone number.) Also, since when does an airline "get off" serving even a glass of water without charging? The guy in front of me ordered a Coke--a mini can--and was charged $5.70!

Great job by Delta... All the time…read more If I leave from New York, Florida, California,Salt Lake City, Buenos Aires, or Nashville ... the experience is usually the same. Today we're leaving from Prague. There seem to be multiple "Delta Air Lines" throughout Yelp. So, If you feel that you've seen this review before, you probably have. I can't say enough good things about Delta, they always do a wonderful job getting me from here to there or... in reverse. it is an amazing airline. It has always been a great airline. Their planes are always clean when we get on. They do a great job of preparing flights from customer to customer. The attendants are always very friendly, courteous and professional. A great group of very talented and committed individuals. They should all be very proud of themselves. I have flown both economy and Delta Priority 1. BIG difference and depending on the length of the flight, it may be worth it. I recognize that there is a big price difference in the two so it's not always an easy choice. This trip ws Delta 1 and it is an amazing experience... Seateing, beverages and amazing food. The seating is always comfortable and there is always enough legroom. (I'm 5'11"). The video screens are a good size and there is always enough entertainment choices. They also have a solid wi-fi on baord. I don't mind flying, really I don't. When I do, Delta does a great job. I'm not always thrilled about being put into a tube and shot across the country sitting for 3-6 hours but when I do, Delta is a great way to go. I have been and will continue to fly 1st class or Delta One. The service is absolutely flawless and at least I can sleep for a little on a long flight.
