The community I have found here is something else, absolutely everyone is welcome. The vibe is that of the women's restroom of a bar or club, everyone is fast friends asking where you got your shoes and helping each other with pole moves, minus the occasional crying. I will say one thing though, the addiction is real and you too may end up with a golden pole in your living room completely unashamed when your coworkers come by for game night.

I came to Aerial Silks on their first day in business, June 6, after following them on instagram for a while and deciding to register for a class online. I took an intro class with Brittany and she broke down the moves really well. There's only 3 silk setups in the studio, and when you're not floating around on silks, you'll work on stretching and conditioning. Brittany was fun & engaging & incredibly encouraging! I'm hooked and now enrolled with their monthly membership plan so that I can build upon those skills from the introductory class. They are located inside the Sun Stereo building in downtown, directly across from Tioga- Sequoia brewery. As far as I know, all parking is metered or in a paid garage.
