My daughter and her friend were made to feel extremely uncomfortable--being closely followed around the store, repeatedly asked if they needed help, and even questioned about the bracelets she was wearing, as if she might have stolen them. Seriously? I went back to the store to speak with the manager, but no one seemed interested in having a real conversation. When I asked the employee who had followed the girls why she was doing so, she admitted it was because they looked "suspicious." That's not just unprofessional--it's unacceptable. It's disheartening to support a small business only to have your kids profiled and treated this way. I hope they take a hard look at how they treat their customers, especially young ones who are trying to shop independently and respectfully.

The other pair was a pair of Cole haan boots that retail new for $130, I wore maybe once, she told me the price and I questioned that it was really all she thought she could get for them, without saying anything else she looked at me and said "I don't want your items" and closed the boxes.
