Two years after my insurance claim was paid, I received a letter from a collection agency saying…read moreETA was never paid. I contacted you, and you confirmed that -- saying you had not been paid and had sent my invoice, along with others, to collections. You said you deserved to be paid. I agree. However, had I not investigated this myself and trusted your word, you would have been paid twice. All I asked was for you, as the owner of ETA, to put in writing that the error was on your end -- not mine. You never did, hence my review. Yes, I have a letter from the collection agency, but my request was for a letter from you. I never received it. These are the facts.

A second opinion by a licensed contractor contradicted most of Air Quality pictures were supposed…read moreto reveal. Mold levels were a small fraction of we were told. Mold levels were greatly exagerrated and some moisture issues were completely wrong. False positive readings of a moisture meter necessitated us taking down an entire wall that turned out to be bone dry. Pipes give moisture meters bad readings, Air Quality knew or should have known this. Our ductwork , according to the A/C, was the finest installation he'd ever seen. Air Quality led us to believe it was a toxic waste dump. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Facts : Mr Baranzani spent 4 hours in our house Mr Baranzani left us his business card Mr Branzani did not return our calls. Moisture meters do NOT detect mold. Moisture meters are inaccurate when walls have metal studs, nails, and wires. We were NOT advised of potential inaccuracies. We acted on his findings and needlessly spends hundreds of dollars demolishing a wall and now have to repair it. Mr Baranzani took dozens of pictures of his moisture meter readings in front of walls with metal pipes showing excessively high readings. Had we acted on his guesswork, we would be out thousands of dollars. The "possibility" of moisture is a worthless generalization. New Facts : 'Readings can vary" They didnt vary at the time of the inspection. This is what lawyers call " the appearance of impropriety"
