They seemed to be go getters and they were very responsive. I actually went with them over other higher priced companies, simply because I was impressed with how they presented themselves. Unfortunately though, even though the guys were well qualified painters, our experience turned sour as time went on. After finishing the interior on job site # 1 in a reasonable amount of time, they skipped the patio roof there and started on the exterior at job site # 2. The exterior at job 2 took much longer than expected. To be fair, weather and their company's Covid complications did play a part in the delays. But on the other hand there were also days where there was a 'chance of rain' that turned out to be nothing and no work was done. There were also a few no show days, where no work was done for no particular reason. These lost days totally sucked. As the job site sat inactive, our house was all wrapped up in opaque plastic to protect the windows. We literally couldn't see anything outside. As the days dragged on and on with no progress, this became pretty irritating. Anyway, they finally got some traction and the exterior at job 2 was eventually finished. At that time, the plan was for them to head back over to job 1 and finish the patio roof. I checked in multiple times over the next few days to see what was going on, but they never started. In fact, they missed multiple promised dates for completion and all I got was excuses. After a while I just gave up. Florida Painting and Design abandoned us and the work we agreed on and they didn't appear to care. For a job that cost over $8000 total, to say that I am disappointed in how this came to a close is an understatement. Overall 3 stars. They undoubtedly do quality painting, however I actually wouldn't recommend them because of the unfinished job, missed deadlines, and lack of communication towards the end of our project.

Her and husband came out again and explained the process throughly. They let me know, they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I found their estimate to be reasonable. It took 2 days to paint the house, then they came back the third day to pressure clean my driveway and the walkway to my house. The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Ironically, it's the same color of my late mother's house.

As first-time homeowners, we wanted to make sure we had gathered all the facts before sharing our experience. Before hiring this company, I encourage people to look closely at their online presence. Many of their advertisements appear AI-generated, and the large number of similar 5-star reviews posted within a short period of time gave me concerns about validity. After my experience, I felt compelled to share what it was actually like as a paying customer: We paid $900 to paint a small room. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify the price. The old green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, there were missed spots throughout the room, uneven edges, and obvious squares left behind where wall-mounted items had been painted around instead of removed. We were charged extra for hardware removal, yet some items were never removed at all and others we had to ask more than once. During the final walkthrough, I pointed out that I could still see green showing through the new paint. I was immediately told by Tania, the supervisor "NO" very sternly in an elevated voice while she stood with her arms crossed and feet wide in a very intimidating position, and every time I looked at the wall and felt there was something new, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Shortly after we had another painting company come and look at the room, and they saw the issue right away as well as the patches of green that All Coast Painting had left us with. We now have to repaint the room despite already paying for the job once. The problems didn't stop there. The closet door was reinstalled incorrectly and eventually pulled the baseboard away from the wall, causing additional damage that had to be repaired in our dime with no help from Sara or her company who caused the damage in the first place. This wasn't something we noticed immediately--it became apparent after opening the closet once, days later, as we were not using that room! I think that the fact that we did not use the room is perfectly understandable, we did not notice until we had to open the closet, but Sara claims this must have been someone else. Yet no one else did any work in this room. The crew also failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats. We found paint and dust on furniture, electronics, and other expensive items in the room. Some of our belongings were covered the first day, but not when they returned to finish the job on day 2. We also found paint on newer furniture. The owner claimed this wasnt her, yet I have no idea how our pink wall paint made its way to splatters on my black furniture. When I contacted Sara, the owner, I was hoping for help resolving these issues. Instead, I was told that because the final walkthrough had been completed, the company would not take responsibility. I was also told they would only consider returning if I provided my doorbell footage showing everyone who entered and exited my home after they left, which I found completely unreasonable, and honestly, quite weird and a breach of privacy. To make matters worse, the other painting company that later corrected the issues, painted additional areas of our home, protected our belongings properly, and charged nearly half of the $900 I was charged for the incomplete and ruined room. That was the moment we realized how much we had overpaid for the quality of work we received. Overall, I felt dismissed throughout the process, my concerns were repeatedly minimized, and I was left paying to fix problems that should have been addressed by the original company. Sara was out of line and extremely rude and unaccomdating, and I didn't realize that the moment they left, she was absolved of anything that her team did. This is not how a business should operate, as things sometimes become more apparent later on. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.

He brought in plumbing inspectors, that sent cameras down the drains all the way out through the sewerage pipes to the street connection, electrical, inspectors, roof, inspectors that climbed all over the roof and took photographs, deep sea divers to inspect the seawall.
