Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money. Then someone returned my call and told me same day was possible and it would be X amount of money. Long story short someone was there that day to look at our dryer. We paid a service fee and then we paid another time for the item to be fixed. I was a little confused because I thought it would be taken off the total but I don't know. Overall it was fast service and the tech onsite was friendly and fixed our unit in no time. Super thankful that they were responsive, but internal communication could be better.

This time I dropped off our garden tiller as it was starting for me. I waited two weeks and hadn't heard anything yet so I called and they told me they're about three weeks behind and hadn't started looking at it yet. I said ok and he said that they should have told me this when I dropped it off but didn't. I waited another two weeks and still nothing so when I called he told me nope they haven't touched it yet, I proceeded to tell him ok I will come and get it tomorrow as I need it going and will have to work on it my self. When I arrived to get it the next day I found the carburetor in pieces and put in a zip lock bag. I asked why as I thought you hadn't touched it yet? All I got was a weird stare and chuckle. They said we can't find a new carburetor for it sorry and walked away without even helping load it back into my Rav 4. Long story short the manufacturer sells carburetors for $26 dollars and these guys don't even know it that was what's wrong they're just in the business of swapping parts to get things to work at their own pace.
