I…read morecalled AJ for a dishwasher E:07 error code problem and he suggested I go through the manufacturer because he had seen this error happen before and knew that even though my dishwasher was out of warranty the manufacturer would fix it for free. I followed his advise and yes, the manufacturer will cover both parts and labor on my 5 year out dishwasher since I knew to ask about this manufacturer flaw. Don reiterated that I was calling more than a year past their return policy and that there was nothing he could do because he didn't know who I spoke with. It doesn't matter who I spoke with, it is his company and it's his policy. Reading the recent reviews it seems the current ownership/management has a few very unhappy customers. I'm one of them. He said he could squeeze me in after lunch. Luis looked at the dishwasher and figured out the problem. He said he would be able to get the needed part immediately and get the dishwasher back in working order! He ran out for the part and within a total of 45 minutes had everything repaired. Personal service, making sure I understood the repairs and how to keep my machine running correctly. From now on, definitely my go-to company for all of my appliance repairs!

Credit to my wife for searching Yelp and suggesting Boe's. Our first call was not returned. The second call was booked for the next 3 days. One call to Don, and he was literally at our home within hours! Don was great to work with! Very receptive, affordable and he fixed our stove on the spot. We love local companies and Boe's is local to Cottage Grove however he services the south and east metro including North St Paul and Roseville. Boe's provides service and repair for appliances, furnace and A/C. We are scheduled to have our A/C and furnace tuned up. Thank you Don, we appreciate your service.
