I have talked with 3 recruiters about employment and was told I was going to get a call back regarding if there was job availability or not. I have not received a call back from the 3 recruiters about job availability. I spoke with a manager by the name of J.C whom gave me nothing but excuses why no one has called me. The professional way they conduct themselves is poor. There communication is poor. They have a recording on there business machine stating that our call is important to them which is a joke. I've had the pleasure of working with Aaron Reynolds at Aerotek to hire contingent workers for our company last year and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. We had to hire approximately 50-60 contingent workers from Aerotek and Aaron and his team delivered really solid candidates. Our supervisors and I were very happy with the job fair process. We were treated well when we came to Aerotek to interview the candidates. We were also very happy about how organized everything was and how quickly the candidates passed their background checks. With the other staff agency we were working with, it took weeks to a month to know whether their candidates passed background. Oftentimes, the length of the background check would detract the candidate from the position and they would find another job. Aaron is in constant communication with me to make sure we're happy and the reps we hired are doing well. It also helps that he brings us goodies like bagels every now and then. He has very good client follow-up skills. I don't know how we could've survived open enrollment if it wasn't for Aaron and his team. When she needed to coordinate interviews for my department, everything was prepared, even her walking the candidates out afterward. She is great at ensuring my feedback got to every candidate. I'm disappointed by this staffing agency. I did one assignment for a few months during that time my recruiter did not fight for his group regarding the issue we all were having. After my assignment I try them again, had to retest for word, excel and typing which by the way I scored high, I'm now working with another recruiter she was impress with my resume, my skills and my test score she wanted to meet me which I did and she couldn't stop complimenting on my hair, her demeanor has changed towards me then all of sudden the position is not available I then decided to reach out to another recruiter he was rude over the phone, vague, dry and indirect. I feel I was discriminated against which really doesn't surprise me being that the world we live in like to make us think racism doesnt exist anymore but it does. read more

There's a reason why I don't like staffing agencies and Aerotek is one of them. The #1 rule in business is to treat the customer like your own. I was given the royal treatment after I applied to one of their jobs, filled out the paperwork, and started a job. Then when the job didn't work out, I got the cold shoulder from Aerotek. No more phone calls about jobs, nothing. They acted like I didn't exist! When I finally got another assignment, it was a job with a company that was clearly sinking. I smartly left and notified Aerotek, but they claimed I never told them and I was no longer hire-able, and this is..wait for it...3 months after I left!! Really?? Oh, ok then. This place is a joke and they are more concerned with getting $$ then getting you a permanent job. Don't even bother with this place. read more

Beware!! Employees severely mistreated. Very disappointed! My friend recently gave up a reliable job for what sounded like a great opportunity with this company they were doing business with. Kessler Plumbing. Full benefits, $30/hr, 40 hours and lots of good benefits. He has years of plumbing and even managerial experience in the plumbing industry only to be told his pay (after working 2 weeks) would be dropped by $10/hour and his promised 40 hours dropped to 20-30 if that. There reason reported to the recruiter was because my friend didn't know plumbing. Kessler told my friend they had to do that cause they don't normally pay their employees that much. My friend told the aerotek recruiter this and he did not care. In my opinion if an employment agency company allows employers to screw their employees over it screams volumes about their integrity. You'd think this would affect them since it affects their spread but nope. They allowed it to happen. My friend found another job. I advised him to seek legal counsel. Unfortunately my friend didn't want to and just kept moving forward. If you have any kind of a job NEVER give it up for anything they offer cause you can end up in serious hardships. They are here for their own personal gain, not to help anyone else. Aerotek is not a good place to go when looking for a job. The office personnel is rude and treat one another very poorly, which is normal when you're in such a competitive environment. But what is very sad is that people who need help come here only to be placed in more difficult situations. read more

Been two months since my interview. I guess being white, male, with a college degree Xs me out. I get it. Los Angeles County is ground zero for unskilled, uneducated workforce perfect for minimum wage paying companies. Think triangular trade. Aerotek seeks out and captures uneducated workers placing them on ships and transporting them to companies that pay minimum wage and in return cuts a check to Aerotek for services rendered. Everyone wins except the employee as it will take both monthly checks just to pay the rent. For this the employee is to be eternally grateful to the employer. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Eric Sawyer and Stephen Papelian are the worst at their jobs. I was currently unemployed when I worked with both of them and I constantly tried to keep contact with both of them and nothing. I was made to drive over an hour from home each time for false hope. Probably the worst agency I have ever worked for. Paychecks were always late, never able to get anyone on the phone. The only good thing was that I was placed quickly. Unfortunately do to my paychecks constantly being late I had to quit and take another quick position just so I could catch up on bills. One week later background check cleared and now I can not wait to start my new job! When i had applied i was seated and receptionists had called for any available representative to see me in. What had seemed like a great agency was completely changed from my perspective as associate jenessa jeppeson had interviewed me and had tried to set me up with a job that was completely out of my reach. I had explained i had no reliable transportation at the moment but disreguarding my request she seemed consistent on pushing me to take the job not even aware of where the area was. She seemed to get frustrated at the fact i wouldnt start imediately and left only to call another gentleman who gave no business card or introduction on who he was only to come in to tell me that if i didnt take this job i wouldnt be promised anything else because it would be his "reputation on the line". I had expresed interest in a job and a recruiter named Natalie Estrella called me back. Unfortunately, a personal issue arose at the last minute out of my control that I had to take care of. Therefore, I couldn't make it to the interview that I had scheduled for that morning. I tried to give as much notice as possible once I found out ( 45 minute notice by emailing her. Anyways she sent a snarky email and said she would never be working with me again because it was unprofessional that I gave a short notice. Well, things happen out of our control and I did give notice, unlike some other people who don't notify at all. If she is going to get rude and get an attitude about people who can't make it to an interview for what ever reason, maybe she should quit her day job and find another job that doesn't involve people.
