Window company was very explicit and instructed me to simply provide warranty claim number and distributor will take care of the rest; however I was informed by Shone's they do not process warranties despite my referral. They are simply refusing to help me and frankly couldn't care less. Why would anyone deal with a company like this? Not me anymore.
