I was recommended to Dino's to purchase tile but had gone elsewhere instead. We couldn't find accent for the border and niche so I decided to go to Dino's. Knowing that he wasn't getting a big order he still took the time to present samples and show us around the store. We found something we loved and placed the order. When I picked up the order I had forgotten that they only accept cash or checks. He allowed me to take the tile and told me to mail a check. In 2019. And I don't know him. I have done a few bathrooms over the years and Dino & Son has been my go-to for tile. The brother and sister running the business are always busy; but that is just a sign that they are providing very good service to each and every customer. Perhaps they could add an employee or two for faster service, but that would likely affect their ability to offer such good pricing. I am willing to wait my turn, and they are willing to go the extra mile, with suggestions on techniques, materials, and design. They are also going to tell you if they are not able to assist you. They know the limitations of what they can and can't source through their distributors. I'd rather know that up front than have a salesperson promise the moon and not come through. The most recent renovation includes a wheelchair-accessible shower, and we are looking at one of the German thin-membrane methods of waterproofing. As this is outside of their product line they readily recommended another tile supplier in the area. read more

This place is a mom & pop tile business. I was referred here as they came highly recommended. When I got there I wandered around the store waiting for them to assist. When I finally received assistance it was scatterbrained and hectic. He seemed more stressed about my bathroom tile order then me. We got a call two-days after going into the shop telling us our order was too difficult and they didn't want to help fulfill it - last time I checked THIS WAS A TILE SHOP!!!!!!! Needless to say I will never refer anyone here nor will I ever visit this business again. read more

I highly recommend Dino and Sons! It's a family owned business and they couldn't have been nicer! Yuri was very patient and knowledgeable as we picked out tile for bathroom and kitchen. I am a contractor and send all my clients to Dino's. If you like selection you will love this place. Yuri and Debbie are very helpful and customer focus. There are times when they are very busy with only two them in the store, but the wait is worth it. They are especially good at get additional material when you just run short a few pieces, they can get it for you within a couple of days. I like the personal attention and helpfulness that they provide. If you want a store with a professional design specialists this is not the store for you. There have been occasions when I will use another store for the design process and purchase the same tile from Dino's, because they are lower cost and service oriented. I highly recommend this store! The owners are very nice and helpful. They spent a lot of time discussing which back-splash would match my kitchen, and even let me take samples home for free. They truly trust their customers and didn't even ask for my name or phone number, when giving me the samples. They have a very extensive selection of different tiles, ranging from contemporary, to traditional styles. My order arrived very quickly, in 3 business days. Their prices are also very good and after shopping around, I definitely received the best price for what I purchased (even cheaper than online). read more
