Miguel came out about 3 weeks ago and cleaned and cleared my gutters even did minor gutter repair on one gutter. He also cleared the valleys on the roof. With all the rain we are still experiencing it is still holding up very well. If you are looking for a fair reasonable price for gutter cleaning I recommend AES. He was very careful on the roof and cleaned up afterwards. Good Job. Thanks Miguel. read more

I've had a number of people come out to tackle my sunroom hard water stains and either its a high extra charge or they couldn't do it. Miguel worked magic and my windows are all crystal clear. Very professional, on time, very nice and VERY thorough. My dog wanted to go home with him, so there you have it. Highly recommend this service. read more

I'm a happy repeat customer! I got my windows cleaned, and siding /picket fence pressure washed today and Chris did a wonderful job. Everything went smoothly for me, from getting a quote, setting an appt, to them finishing the job. I'm glad I didn't wait for my husband to clean the windows himself because he wouldn't have done it as well as this company did. read more

I recently had my hard to reach windows and skylights done by AES, along with some dusting. They did an amazing job. All the nooks and crannies were clean. Everything was immaculate. I've never had such a clean and pristine home since I moved in. Would totally recommend. Miguel was professional and a joy to work with. read more

I saw a Groupon for AES Window Washing and am very impressed with my sparkling windows some were in hard to reach places. Jose was very efficient. We used Miguel and his team for our home window cleaning and have nothing but praise for the excellent job he did. He and his team is very courteous, punctual and very very thorough. Miguel was not able to complete a small amount of work and he came back on Sunday to finish it off. Not to mention, the estimate he gave me for all the windows was way way better than some of the other highly rated window cleaning companies in Valencia area. Highly recommended!! read more

Miguel and his team went above and beyond for me. He even went out of his way to replace a screen for me at no cost. Must've been the water and cookies I offered them that got me that free screen. I highly recommend these guys. I have a 2-story house with lots of windows and french doors, including some very high, hard to reach windows. Miguel and crew arrived on time and went to work--cleaned all the inside window sills and each window both interior and exterior. They were professional , meticulous and very reasonably priced.
