I was afraid it could be some sort of scam, so I booked a cleaning and did not give them any information other than my address. This did not phase them one bit. As scheduled, a young man with DJ Solar Cleaning showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning my solar panels. He was professional and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me the exact same price for the cleaning as he had when I inquired via Instagram. He was very neat, getting very little water on my patio other than where the gutter spout came down from the roof and that is where water is designed to go. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!

One they finished, they provided before and after pics which were very beneficial. I should note that my usual solar production is about 50kwh but after the ash build-up, it's been 35ish kWh. I was traveling and had my family ensure their bin was picked up before they left the house. We scheduled a 12pm pickup time, which they gave me. Although he told me I didn't have to be there for pickup, I was compelled and felt responsible for the property until it was removed. I also didn't want to have traces of garbage in the street. It was past 6pm when they arrived. Again, with the apologies and route schedule excuse. -1 star Michael, my advice is really simple; don't set unrealistic expectations for your customers if you can't meet them. Your lack of commitment will drive them to look elsewhere for better service.

My first phone call to this company was placed on 03/31/2023. We discussed the size and condition of my house and it sounded as though I was on their schedule. The gentleman let me know all I needed to do was text him my address. I texted my address to the phone number I called, and never heard anything back. I called the company again 04/02/2023 to confirm my appointment and this time I spoke to a lady. We covered everything that was covered in the original call again, and I was again asked to text my address to confirm my appointment, which I did. I even discussed setting up a bi-monthly cleaning. This company led me to believe that they were going to come and clean my house today 04/07/2023 (The day before my party). I just called wondering where they are, as they had not yet called me to let me know they were on the way to come and clean. When I spoke with the guy who answered the phone, he told me he never received a text message from me and he had gone ahead and booked my time slot with someone else. On this phone call he let me know there is apparently another phone number that I was supposed to send the text message to. This information was never communicated to me on ether of the 2 previous phone calls, and now its too late. It's now nearly 3:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY PARTY and I have no one to come and clean my house. They did offer to come and clean my house tomorrow morning, however my schedule will not allow for that. My wife is pissed. Watch out for this company, I would absolutely not recommend trying to work with them, as they clearly have difficulties communicating and managing their own schedule.

He got back to me right away with a very competitive estimate. We scheduled an appointment. Raul showed up on time and proceeded to attack the stains with industrial strength de-greaser and some heavy duty elbow grease.
