I found Miguel, owner of AES, on Yelp years ago. I am a general contractor and need completed projects cleaned professionally. He did a great job the first time I used him. He also cleaned my office many times. But his scheduling and communication was always lacking. It was never easy to get firm day/times from him. And today, he dealt the ultimate blow. I spoke to him a few days ago to see if he was able to clean at a house we had talked about doing a few weeks back. Several things occurred out of my control that didn't allow it to happen then. He confirmed with me 2 days ago, I approved his contract, received insurance information, etc so everything was in order for today. He said he would be at the house by 12. I called several times this morning with calls going straight to voicemail. And texted with no response. He finally answered at 12 noon to tell me he wasn't going to make it! Which completely messes with completing the house for owners to move in. He really let me down and now I am scrambling. Unacceptable. Nice guy, but terrible organizational skills. Terrible way to treat existing customer that really was going out of my way to give him the work. Very disappointing. Beware. read more

After reading all the great reviews, we had hopes that we chose the right company. First of all they were an hour late with no call. After calling them, I get the answering machine during business hours. Calling back, I finally get a person who was not apologetic at all. The gentleman who did the work was very polite, had his mask on and started cleaning. He did was he was paid for, absolutely, but he left were dust covered patio furniture covers. Our glass table and furniture all dust covered. That would have taken all of one minute to go over with the washer. True, they were hired to just do the concrete, but those are the VERY SMALL extras that would have made me like the company. I did regret hiring them, as we felt we could have done that easily ourselves. It was money wasted. I should add that when he was done, he was asked to spray down the furniture and that was done. I'd give AES ten STARS if I could, and I'm about as particular as they come. Just had Miguel and crew out again, this time to lightly power wash the house and then clean the windows and screens. My house is two stories and has some very hard to reach windows and it hasn't looked this beautiful since it was painted a few years ago. They were careful to not use too much pressure on the paint. I used to think that my housekeepers could do a good job on my windows and never really understood the need for a professional company to come out only for the windows- until I tried these guys. The end result was amazing and they made my home way more light and bright by the windows being so shiny and also had windows that my housekeepers never would have dared to touch totally polished and like new.
