I usually tip 10 for an hour but I gave her 20 because it was an amazing massage and It was so cheap the first time around. Anyway I came back monthly and loved it every time. Other than one time I was taken to a room in the back near their lunch room I guess and it was so loud. I could hear them talking and the door open and close. Not so relaxing. So I started getting their facials too for an additional 39.99 I think. They use Murad products. I was glowing and so relaxed every time I left my appointment. They are flexible with their schedule. I usually got the last appointment during the weekdays(9pm). They close at 10pm which I loved. But what I hate is that it's only 50 minutes instead of a full hour on the table. And sometimes they had me waiting more than 5 minutes to come in. It doesn't take 10 minutes to get dressed and undressed. Get out of here. Anyway overall I was pleased with my year of monthly massages and facials. I loved everyone I encountered there. The front desk is always so nice. It's in a busy shopping center. Good parking. Nice waiting room for members. Flexible scheduling. Sometimes they have you waiting a little past your appointment which I didn't like too much, but they have to clean the rooms so I understood. They offer water and/or tea. Very clean. They use great products and have good hygienic protocol, which is a must for me. Heated blankets on tables which I loved. Nice soothing music playing. I went in and saw their NP and she was so kind and caring. I have never had problems with my scalp before and I was scared that something serious was wrong because I have had a type of cancer on my eyelid before that I had to have removed and had to have reconstructive surgery. She settled me down and said that she believed I had psoriasis. She prescribed an oral medication and an oral medication to help with the itching. She also prescribed a shampoo and something to leave on my scalp. I am scheduled to return next week and I am so relieved that I trusted my instincts and scheduled a 2nd opinion with this office. The other dermatologist office told me that I needed a biopsy to find out if I had psoriasis and this medical provider said I did not need one for her to know that I had this condition and that she would start me on medications and if they didn't work, we would look at stronger medications when I came back. She put me at ease and settled me down because I was so frustrated and scared and had been dealing with this for over a month before I went to the dermatologist. This is a friendly, clean office and the staff is quite busy but seem to care about their patients. Schedule with them because you will be pleased!
