Why am I getting weighed and having my blood pressure taken for a cosmetic neurotoxin? Spoiler alert: none of that mattered. They pitched me hard -- upsold me before even explaining the pricing. I ended up with 95 units of Dysport (allegedly), which sounded high, but I figured they were just being aggressive with sales. For reference, my friends get half that amount for the same treatment areas -- forehead and glabella -- and see actual results. I saw... nothing. Fast forward to the follow-up: the nurse told me I'd need even more units. At this point, I'd already paid $350 and wasn't about to drop another dime. They didn't offer to correct it, didn't acknowledge that maybe something was off, and definitely didn't act like customer satisfaction was a priority. I've had Botox and Dysport before. I know what proper post-care looks like. I followed every instruction to the letter -- and still, the results were underwhelming at best, nonexistent at worst. Bottom line: you're not getting what you pay for, and you're definitely not getting what they promise. Don't be fooled by the social media sparkle. There are plenty of reputable med spas out there. This one just isn't it.

Michelle calculated how many more units I would need, then calculated HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST ME. Nope. Either they water it down, or don't know what they're doing. I believe I had recieved a gift certificate from for a free custom facial. I thought oh I'll go get a free facial to make this hormonal acne feel better. Then go back to where I was going. No way I would drive so far. I was in a lot of pain. I seriously was so grateful I worked from home as I would ice my face while I would work. I wanted to put a bag over my head. I was so embarrassed. My sweet and experienced esthetician Stacie told me I might be a candidate for an acne facial. I thought ok. Jennifer at the front verified my insurance and for many of my facials it was covered by my health insurance. I have been consistent with medication, supplements, acne facial monthly paid by my insurance, as I ran out of my own skin care products I replaced with whatever they recommended. I used medical grade products prior to the last year and half when I ran out and didn't stock back up. My poor skin was out of control. Everything they have recommend has worked. I will say I'm a little sensitive to chemical peels and even though I do them just not as often. So if you are suffering from hormonal or teen acne I highly recommend Davida.
