Alyssa (client specialist) and Urja (nurse practitioner) were there today and amazing to work with. I had a scheduling issue that Alyssa helped me with. Urja was so helpful with my questions and provided expert knowledge as well. She was gentle but fast with the laser. I'm always in and out so quickly and I appreciate that as a busy mom running my kids around. Their customer service center is great to work with too.
