Secret RF Microneedling Beware: My best friend is not one to leave bad reviews...so I am leaving this review to make sure no one in the general public experiences what she did without having the knowledge / background that she gained post procedure. "I am in my mid 30s. I was looking to treat a scar on my nose with microneedling and was sold on the "benefits" of radio-frequency microneedling. It was performed on my entire face and not just my scar. Told that basically radio-frequency is just more "bang for your buck" than a regular micro-needling session. I do have various allergies / sensitivities that others may not have... so I expressed my concerns / issues prior to the procedure. I was told mild settings would be used. I experienced fat loss and a complete change in facial skin texture post procedure. The medical director offered to help in any way they could after the damage but unfort to get the treatment I needed to finally fix my face I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Hours of my own research, facial pain, being unable to feel okay going outside for months... it was a very dark time. The "mild" settings (which they described as mild to me in writing via text) were 2MM depth on my cheeks with 60 percent heat intensity." I have had two bad experiences and this time I won't be back. The place makes me uncomfortable. I do not feel valued or like my almost $300 is appreciated. There are soo many other Med spas in town but I had given this place a shot because it was closer to my house. The staff not once but twice has acted stuck up, inconvenienced and encumbered. I don't know if they assume I'm not as wealthy as their other clients but it's the exact impression I have gotten by the way they spoke to me and treated me not once but twice. After my last appt, I felt sooo gross. I felt judged, rushed, the opposite of valued and just plain gross. The person who runs the front desk is the biggest culprit of unfriendliness. Timeless Skin Solutions is the only place I'll receive Botox and other skin treatments. Allyson is so gentle and a perfectionist when it comes to administering Botox injections. The office staff is very friendly and professional. I love the cozy spa like environment from the comfortable, relaxing waiting area to the rooms with plush quilts covering the chair where procedures are done. I will admit, in the past I once tried another place because of an inexpensive "special" on Botox. That is a mistake I'll never make again. You get what you pay for. Friends or acquaintances will say that my my skin is gorgeous and I don't need Botox or other "stuff" done. I say that's why I regularly get Botox and chemical peels. I have been a patient of Dr. Clinton's for almost 3 years. She is an excellent physician and I am so pleased with the progress and improvement of my skin, I have continued to drive to her office in Dublin even after moving from Worthington to Delaware county. Not only does Dr Clinton deliver amazing results, she is extremely professional and approachable. She takes the time to answer my questions and is always punctual. I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes in the reception area. Her receptionist is always very friendly and fun to chat with. I am also very pleased with the extensive line of skin care products offered at her office. Based on my skin type, concerns and goals, Dr Clinton and her staff have introduced me to some great products to use at home. Last week she had a BOGO special on products and I purchased the new SkinMedica exfoliating cleanser-love it!! If I could change anything about the office, I would add more parking. I am so glad I decided to go to Timeless Skin Solutions and I can't wait to go back! Last week I went to Ellen and spoke to her about my issues. I'm in my early thirties and have struggled with acne and melasma for a long time. I was honestly embarrassed to take my makeup off but Ellen was so incredibly sweet. She had struggled with skin issues herself and managed to make me feel better. What I love the most is she really listened during my consultation. She asked me a lot of questions and then spoke to me about options. I got a silk peel followed by a chemical peel. Currently my skin is clear and gorgeous! I also have a product to start working on my melasma. As a side note: this isn't my first chemical peel. I bought a groupon for a new place in downtown Columbus and it went terribly. During the first 30 seconds of the peel the young lady got the chemicals in my eyelashes which then went directly into my eye. It was awful!!! I found Timeless via Yahoo search about 4 years ago and have been going to them ever since. Currently I see Dr. Jacques, but all of the nurses and technicians are personable, caring, and experienced providers. At Timeless, their goal is for patients to maintain a natural look -not over done. I've had Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermaplaning, silk peel, and filler. I've not had a bad experience there. In fact, I got Voluma cheek filler today with very little pain, no bruising, and immediate results. Expect between $450-$1000 per syringe depending on type and quantity, $200-$400 for Botox depending on how many areas, dermaplaning or silkpeel in the roughly $100-$140 range. You typically have to pay about $50 for an initial consultation. They offer Brilliant Distinctions Program which collects points for certain services or products. You can then use those points towards a discount on future products or services. Try to arrive for you appointment 15-20 minutes early so you can find a place to park and check in. There is limited parking at Timeless and limited parking in the area as a whole. You may have to walk a block or two. There are many free lots, they are just small.
