I've been following the lip bunny beauty IG for about a year now. I have gotten lip filler in the past from another med spa but loved the shape that the lip bunny provides. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get an appointment with the actual lip bunny because she is booked 4-5 months out. I was assigned Jessica for my lip filler, she was very thorough and pleasant. I felt minimal pain and felt that she took her time during the process, however I did not receive the shape that I desired. I was very clear that I wanted a Cupid bow but did not get that. I went during their July promotion so I received $200 off a full syringe and a voucher for designer sunglasses. Now I am considering dissolvement because it won't go back to normal. I have been a loyal client at Lip Bunny for 5 years. Brianna is very knowledgable and skilled in her craft. However, this review is for the lack of professionalism that I just cannot support anymore. The last 4 appts I've had, I waited an hour each time to be seen. It is very obvious she is double booking, as she is seen running from office to office, and I've been left in the chair numbed up thinking, is she even coming back? The worst part is when you are finally seen, there is no apology or even acknowledgement that you were wating.It is extremely rude. It is sad to know that the clients time is not valued. I was seeing Brianna, The Lip Bunny, before at her prior location and also at the current location. The girl clearly knows what she's doing which is why I followed her! Just recently I've switched over to Jenny, The Botox Kitty, since Brianna was booking so far out. Jenny has done my lips and Botox on several occasions. She's also been doing botox for my SO and my sister. These girls are clearly the best in the business! We travel 1.5 hours and it's well worth it! The filler in my lips were migrating (no fault of theirs! Ive been getting filler for 10+ years now and it happens!). Jenny was very patient when it came to dissolving. Even though I wanted them filled ASAP, she advised me to wait several months so we could have better results. So glad I listened because my lip shape/size has never looked better! I decided to try Lip Bunny Beauty after 3 separate people raved about them. I did a lot of research into who I chose as I'm very particular. I was matched with Dante, "goldytox", and I couldn't possibly be happier. From the minute I sat down she pointed out my concerns, before I gave them, which left me feeling very confident in her understanding of what I hoped to achieve. We came up with a conservative plan for both lips and Botox as well as future skin treatment consultations. All of this was at my request. There was no hard sell. She was kind but direct and honest. I like that they are very detailed and error on the side of less is more in this facility. I was looking to build a relationship for the long term and I felt I was heard and my concerns and wants were all addressed. When she began she showed me the product in the package with expiration date. This showed me a lot about the integrity of the facility. She took her time and made me feel relaxed. There was no point I felt rushed or dismissed. We took breaks to look at my lips both laying down and sitting up making minor adjustments as we went. We also went over Botox for the future and set up a two week follow up to make sure I'm 100% pleased with my lips. I will be back to see Dante for all my medspa needs. Check them out. I got the regular juvaderm. second time for a touch up not so much.. insisted I get ultra plus and put most of the filler at the top of my lip which resulted in giving me an unnatural finish(fish lips) I went for a touch up somewhere els and they had to completely dissolve the filler before working on me.
