Rose is as good as they say. I ended up getting the Acne facial with extractions and a microderm treatment-- neither of which are the most relaxing treatments. Rose took her time prepping my skin and also prepping me. She was careful to tell me about each product she put on my skin and also how it should make me feel. My skin is very congested but she made sure to get out as much gunk as possible without bruising up my face. I'm on day two of my facial and my skin feels so much smoother. So disappointed. Miscommunication on our appt time. I showed up, front desk told me to text her because she left. Called her, said it was a miscommunication on our time. Received no phone call when I "missed" my appointment but she called me back when I made a call to make an appointment last week. She was sweet and said she could come back, I said that would be great. Called back again and she said she couldn't do it. I do hair and my hours are nuts. Ok I don't even know where to start. I been coming to Rose for about 2 years and this review is due for a long time. Let's start with the fact that I had consistent costumer service and an amazing experience this 2 years I visit her every 4 weeks. I have only been to two estheticians in my life Rose is the second one. I have extremely sensitive skin even primer burns as I gotten older I have become more sensitive even some make up burns. And she has been able to treat my skin in a way that I never get reactions she goes above and beyond with her facials she does extractions and all kinds of magic stuff. I have no idea exactly why she does to my skin but I feel like a millions bucks when I get up. I'm 37 years old and my skin looks like I'm 30 no joke. She has done microdermabrasions, anti aging facial and the new keratin treatment for my cow looking lashes and she is amazing at everything.
