My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because she really does do a good job. Just the lack of respect for the client is my issue.

Just want to clarify that before my appointment no evaluation was made of my skin and no questions were asked about my type of skin as well as I was not aware or informed of what she was even putting on my skin at the moment of the procedure. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.

I found out about this place on groupon. I bought 2 laser tattoo removal treatments for $100. They…read morepromised to honor the price even after you finish the groupon so that was great for me BUT this could not save them. 1st the location is horrible! It is located in the UM hospital east wing. You have to pay for parking in a crowded garage. It took me 35 mins to find their office because once I was lost, I tried calling them 6x to help me find it but they did not answer any calls. 2nd you have to pay for lidocaine separate for $50. I always get my laser treatments off groupon and this is the 1st place the charge you separate for it. 3rd since this was my 7th laser treatment she warned me of the level she would use and I specifically told her I wanted lidocaine so I would NOT feel anything. I told her I always use lidocaine and never felt any pain whatsoever so I would need it. She told me the price and I told her it was fine. While she was applying the lidocaine I notice she barely injected any. Even though she already injected one area, when she came back to that same area to add more, I could still feel the pain from the needle but she said that I was ready. I was so nervous I told her to please test the area before she started to make sure it was numb. She said she poked me and I didn't feel it so I thought we were good. As soon as we started, I could feel the pain. It wasn't intense at that point but I FELT it. As she got towards the middle of the tattoo the pain got intense. I informed her that I could feel pain. She told me she was almost done. I told her please I think I need more lidocaine. She told me she was almost done again. I said ok. Once she got to the end she told me she needed to go over it one more time and I told her that I could feel everything can she add more. She said ok you have a little more left in the bottle. She gave me 3 more injections, which I felt. At that point my neck started to burn. She started on the 2nd coat and I started to cry! It was so painful. I started to tell her omg I can feel everything. It hurts! She said we're almost done. Once she stopped, the tears flooded my face. I've never cried before and I've gotten the laser done before at another place without lidocaine and it never hurt this bad! I wasn't sure if it was because of the 2nd coat or the high level I received that day but the lidocaine should have numbed all that! The point that I received a numbing treatment for $50 that didn't even numb it was ridiculous. I told her that her lidocaine must be from aliexpress because I've never felt any pain when I used lidocaine and this was the 1st time I felt pain. She told me that their office have the lesser percentage lidocaine. I asked to speak with the Doctor so I can tell him that I was not going to pay for something that did not work. She told me I already received it and would have to pay. I told her I was not going to pay the $50 and she could either keep the other other treatment I had left or jump off a bridge because I was NOT going to pay. She accepted my offer and I left. Never will I go back!!!!

I have sensitive/normal skin. I knew my skin didn't look like it normally does but I didn't know what the problem was so I didn't want to choose the exact service beforehand. She looked at my skin, asked me questions and we were off. Esther (aesthetician) has a calming energy. I wanted to talk to her for hours but also fell asleep. So it was a great combo. I was happy with the results. This place was suggested by a friend and it's far from where I live but honestly I can't go anywhere else now after loving my skin and the experience this much!
