I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.

She and her MA carefully observed and charted all of my moles. I have had several skin cancers and have to get regular checks. Samantha and her MA, Cherish, made me feel at ease right away. North Bend Medical Center screens all patients at the door and does temperature checks. They practice excellent COVID-19 sanitation and distancing upon check-in. Samantha Deckers office is on the third floor and honestly it has more of a spa feeling than a doctors office. The rooms are immaculate and freshly sanitized. The gowns and linens were pristine. The floors were sparking clean. I am a germaphobe so I notice the details especially during the pandemic. Samantha is the first medical professional I have seen in over a year but I was instantly at ease. All of the staff is vaccinated and that was reassuring.
