Wonderful service! Walking into the building I went through the COVID Screening, I walked off the elevator was greeted immediately, all the staff was friendly and was wearing masks properly and they had the physical barriers up, very clean and refreshing. I waited maybe two minutes in the waiting room and was greeted by Athena, she took me to the room, which was beautiful, explained the procedure, and was exceptional. Abby came in not a minute later (I have waited upwards of an hour for some offices), she cleaned her hands and we both wore our mask the entire procedure. She marked where the injections were going to be, quoted me, and started the injections. I didn't even feel the injections, it was fast, painless, and overall great experience. I will be going back. Three days ago I went in for a skin consultation. The esthetician seemed more interested in selling me product than discussing my skin issues she even suggested laser treatments which I had read exacerbates hyper pigmentation malasma (sp) which I clearly have. I decided to wait on booking a chemical peel because, 1 I wasn't comfortable with the way the consult went and 2 the esthetician takes me out to the waiting area lined with pricey product, pulls down 5 items and suggests a prescription strength fade cream. I bought a sunscreen and the fade cream @$99. With the fade creme being prescription strength you'd think I would have been given instructions for how to use it and precautions to prevent injury, no. I took it home and applied a small amount to my face, let it dry then applied my normal moisturizer, big mistake. I wound up inadvertently getting the fade cream onto the eye area. It started to burn immediately. I washed it off but the damage was done. 3 days later my eye area is still puffy and stings. There is a visible burn under my eyebrow. If I could give less than one star I would. These are certainly not people you can trust with your face. read more

This was my first time ever in a Spa of this nature, so I had a sense it would be a lot of fluff and hype. Boy, was I wrong. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very polite. Then the provider, Abby Coats, discussed the various procedures in clear detail, explained my options well, and answered all my questions. She is a very knowledgeable P.A. with a lot of experience in this field, and she had good pictures of how the different procedures would look from day 1 through the entire recovery (depending on the procedure). All you really NEED to know is that they are awesome and you should stop reading this review and call them. I went in for the complimentary skin analysis which is where they take pictures of your skin to look at a bunch of different things, (wrinkles, red spots, brown spots). I thought that was so interesting and cool. Then they go over the results and discuss your skin goals. Felt like a team approach....including the front office staff. I went in later and got product. I have visited several medical spas/offices throughout Medford getting fillers. Often my experience was not the best outcome. I then began flying to Beverly Hills every 3-6 months for fillers by those Plastic Surgeons you hear about on TV who are well known. Although they do provide great results, I have to tell you my experience with Abby was better! She is precise, knows exactly what you want by listening carefully, she also recommends areas that she sees which I am very welcome to. She also does the injections/fillers very similar to the way in which the high end Plastic Surgeons perform their fillers. I was so pleasantly surprised. I can now spend my airline/hotel money with Abby at Renew Spa and experiencing some of the wonderful things they have to offer. I felt so comfortable with Abby, she is just so easy to talk to. The office personnel were warm and welcoming the minute you entered the Spa. What a lovely experience and I can't wait to go back. I can't thank Abby enough for what she has done for me!!! read more
