Know why this place has excellent reviews? Here's a story... I went in for a laser treatment, was told about what to expect both during the procedure, after and results and of course I did my own research. None of what was described came about. I must say that the staff are very nice and they offered a re-do. I was grateful for this AND what it takes for a busy person to get time off and prepare for downtime...I was also frustrated. I really did not get the feeling that the provider knew what she was doing, I also did not get the feeling the medical director (where was she through this I had to wonder?!) was tracking a procedure typically done or at least supervised by the medical director... Anyway long story short, expensive procedure, no results, huge waste of time and money...I asked to speak to the medical director and asked for a refund or partial refund, she said this never happens and agreed. She said that mistakes happen and that they really wanted to make things right--I was thrilled. I went in and was handed a 15 page legal document to sign which included several clauses about never speaking about what happened and a threat of a 60k fine of I did speak about it...THIS is why they have such great reviews folks. I was prepared to chalk it up to an error, am a strong believer in supporting local business, and would not have "bad mouthed" them as she requested...but whoa, what was all the drama? I walked, and told her this was not showing integrity, she told me it was out of her hands and that this was what her legal team insisted upon, she also told me she'd check into it see if all of that mumbo jumbo was necessary and get back to me. Guess who never heard a word? Small businesses need to be supported by their local communities and giving a poor review is not done lightly...but, since then on SM I saw another local person ask if anyone had had difficulty with this place and realized it was time to speak up. There are so many excellent places in our valley to get your care, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I seriously love Jen Bullock! She does such an amazing job every single time I've been in. I treated myself to a little holiday botox and 3 months later I am still looking fantastic. She has a great eye and can tell exactly where to inject to balance out your entire face. I got to the point with her where I didn't even try to tell her what I needed because she would just do it even better than I could have fathomed. She showed me that botox has so many more uses than just wrinkle control and prevention. She balanced out some asymmetry in my chin and cheekbones like a magician. This business will be who I recommend for any and all spa services. I got laser hair removal on bikini line and underarms and I have been so pleased with the results. The main staff members I got to work with were Tita, Ireli, and Kynzie. They made me feel welcome and were so friendly every time I came in. They were also so patient with me when I was running late straight from work. For my last appointment, they had a staff member out sick and had to reschedule. Without question, they offered me a free one hour facial for the inconvenience. After a failed CO2RE procedure I wrote a letter to Jen requesting she pay for my cleanup treatments elsewhere. She responded by calling me and offering a refund, I accepted. To get that refund I knowingly signed a letter indicating I REQUESTED THE REFUND, not so. Jen also showed me a photo on a cell phone of my face stating it was the initial photo pre-treatment, further indicating she should have noticed the sun damage. That photo was in no way the pre-treatment photo, my face was pink with a defined line where the band they pull hair back with protected the skin around my hairline demonstrating my true complexion. Since I was eager to dissolve the relationship and seek treatment elsewhere I signed it. Overall, I found Jen to be deceptive. I'm pleased to have my money back and hoping the damage will be corrected and not resurface in the distant future. My review on Yelp from the initial treatment has been altered. read more

Jen took her time with consultation and was friehdly but It took her an hour to draw my blood so there wasn't enough time for me to get all my prp injections. Prp my own plasma rich platelets is what they call liquid gold --the entire point of the treatment ! One minute after saying she didn't have enough time to finish the injections I paid and left the office flaming red and swollen without all my prp and not even a cooling mask after. I don't pee my pants anymore. Yes. That's what I said. Thanks to the amazing Jen and Sam, with a little help from the O-Shot, I no longer leak. After having 4 children and a hysterectomy it was almost inevitable, I started having incontinence issues. Coughing, standing up from a sitting position when I had a sudden urge to pee, laughing, jumping all meant I'd probably leak, or worse. I knew it was a problem when I peed my pants loading my groceries into Costco while wrestling my 2 and 4 year old into the car. Of course, like most women, I didn't want to talk about it other than joking around. I also didn't want to spend money on myself because my first instinct is to spend money on the kids. I had heard the O-Shot could help with stress incontinence (AND improve sexual desire and orgasm- did I mention 4 kids and a hysterectomy? Let's be honest, we were definitely not in the honeymoon stage anymore!). After that trip to Costco I decided I had to do something. I made an appointment and found myself in the office a few days later. From start to finish I was completely comfortable. Sam and Jen were so professional and the entire procedure was painless. I know what you're thinking. Oh, I'm too embarrassed, it's going to hurt, it's going to be awkward, what if I pee while they're doing the procedure, I don't know what exactly is going to happen. Let me tell you my experience. I came in and was offered a beverage and changed into a gown, which was WAY nicer than the ones at the ob/gyn's office. I laid down and topical numbing medication was applied all over my vaginal area. Jen and Sam made me feel completely comfortable and it was a lot less awkward than a pelvic exam! Then I saw up and while the numbing medication went to work they drew blood from my arm. It was fast and painless. Then I got to watch as they spun the blood twice. Then it was time! And of course I was worried it may hurt. They two injections were fast and I didn't feel anything but a little bit of pressure. That was it. I was done. The first day it felt a little bit like a wad of toilet paper was stuck there and by morning it felt normal. But here's the best part. I don't leak. I don't have that sudden, uncontrollable need to pee. I went to Costco yesterday, back to my nemesis and sure enough, I start loading the groceries and I feel the urge to pee but no leaking and no urgency. I finished loading groceries and drove to Fred Meyer (the SOUTH store even!). On the way I had several coughing fits! Oh no, I was sure I would leak. But I didn't. Not at all. I had planned to go the bathroom as soon as I got there. But I didn't feel the urgency and decided to see just how well the O-Shot had worked so instead I did our 15 minutes of shopping. As I headed to the checkout I felt again that I needed to pee so I finished checking out and calmly walked to the bathroom. NO LEAKING. I still can't believe how well it's worked. Oh, and as far as the sexual desire/orgasm... we just may be back in the honeymoon stage! I can't recommend Illume highly enough. Jen, Sam and Danielle are all so professional and passionate about what they are doing. The office is relaxed and inviting and they offer thorough consultations.
