He evaded the question several times, then got extremely rude with me. I went in for a rapid antigen test for Covid and for Flu. Ben told me I would only be paying the $125 out of pocket fee as long as my tests weren't sent to a lab. I got my test results within 15 minutes. My tests were not sent to a lab. I was then charged an additional $200 due to "the test being sent to a lab" - even though the samples were never sent to a lab. Ben did not offer any help whatsoever. He spoke to me like a conceited know-it-all, then he asked me to leave the building - while picking up the phone as if he was going to call the police. He acted completely unreasonable. Dodged my questions, offered no help, and acted outwardly rude. I contacted corporate to dispute the charges. Ben is not an upstanding employee. Very disappointing interaction.

I was told I was having a heart attack and was not allowed to get any kind of treatment and was sent to the ER. If I didn't go to the ER I was told my insurance would not pay for the visit. So $3,500 later, I walked out of the e.r. with antibiotics. Second Urgent Care was at the Mayfiled location on SOM for an upper respitory infection. I waited 3 hours only to be told I couldn't get any treatment or prescriptions and I should take Mucinex. Of course I had to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up going to the ER to get care. In a nutshell, Urgent Care exists to feed into the system, you get lousy, if any, treatment and are sent to the er. Never, ever again.

Dr Dawson came in stood by the door and said tests were negative ill call in amoxicillin. Never looked in my ears, my ears are blocked, never looked in my throat or nose, where i am so congested, never listened to my lungs or heart either. I just hope I get better with what she gave me or there's going to be more complaining from me. My daughter told me when she went there not too long along she did the same thing, never looked her over!! People can be misdiagnosed by her and it could be something serious!! Other than that the receptionist and nurse were phenomenal!!

The swimming pool is limited to 1 hour m-w-f of open swim use during the morning hours on weekdays. They take several hours for kids swim lessons each week during morning hours. New management allows this to happen without any consideration of members wanting to use the pool in the morning hours. They need to condense the swim lessons to 1 hour maybe two days a week. But they don't care about members.

They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I'd specifically like to recognize Carol, Nevah, Tammy and Miranda who all had to assist us during the infusions but there were so many more staff members who helped, assisted and checked on my husband. So sad that the only hospital and ER for that area is more dangerous than safe. UH you may as well close the ER dept there, you've closed and cut back everywhere else. The physicians, if you can get in to see one, are terrific. However, the University Hospital system…read morehas turned out to be bureaucracy at its worst. First, their front desk staff are rude and overzealous. If you are ill, you can be expected to wait 2 months for the next available appointment or go to an urgent care, when your physician might have squeezed you in. The scheduling only seems to allow for well-patient visits. This may be because UH requires that each visit last only for 15 minutes, putting pressure on physicians to be caring, accurate, and able to diagnose and treat every single thing in 15 minutes. This is not the fault of the practitioners, but rather the system. And is reflected in UH's low abysmal ratings. But really, the front desk staff is reliably awful at this location.

Office bldg was dead. Hardly any cars in office bldg. this I found highly unusual. I get in and check in and I wait another 15 minutes after i paid my 50.00 co pay. I was led into a room where I sat and waited some more in a complete silent awkward waiting game. When Dr Milliman came in she greeted me appropriately and then walked over to paper towel dispenser and got two sheets of paper towel out and asked me to talks my shoes off and lay them on the floor on top of the paper towel on floor. She asked me my concerns and I told her I had a painful nodule on top of my foot and I explained how I have history of cysts on my joint areas and this one was painful. She pushed on it a few times and without an exray determined it was arthritis ( this is NOT in my report) I felt she waxed over this when I have insurance and she could have ordered an X-ray. I was extremely angry at my treatment , I'm going to have to go see another dr to get an X-ray as I know this is a cyst and I'm sure there is something that can be done . Otherwise she is proficient to assess nail fungus . I would not have this person do surgery on me as again I feel she waxed over me and treated me not as she would treat her own family and not treat me as I deserved . This is exactly why I like to read reviews on drs before I go to them as if the dr has bad reviews I'm not going to them. This was 50% waste of time.
