First, I've never seen an urgent care that won't see a patient if they haven't met their deductible and they require you to pay the full cost of the appointment up front if you haven't met your deductible. Which for me this wasn't a problem because I've already met my deductible, but I saw several people come in and struggle with this issue and this could be especially problematic if you have other claims pending where you may essentially end up overpaying your deductible then fighting for your money back. However, my main concern as the results of my X-ray came back in MyChart while I was waiting for the nurse practitioner to come back. The X-rays showed a mild case of an issue that could get worse if untreated, but the nurse practitioner came back and told me everything looked good. When I asked her about it she said I'd need to show her what I was looking at as if she didn't even read the results in detail. Then the nurse practitioner told me to follow up with my PCP, but it's troubling that if I wouldn't have noticed it I wouldn't have known about it. Would definitely avoid this location and go to another hospital systems urgent care.

I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication. I waited 3 hours only to be told I couldn't get any treatment or prescriptions and I should take Mucinex. Of course I had to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up going to the ER to get care. From the moment I arrived, the facility's welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations stood out. The parking lot offers various options including self-park, parking garage, and valet. Typically, this place doesn't get busy, so it's easy to park. The lobby has check-in kiosks and helpful greeters to navigate you. They're always eager to help if you address them. The lobby also has a lot of greenery which really adds to your experience even if you're sick. The campus is pretty small and easy to navigate. There's helpful signage to indicate parts of the building. It's a much better navigation experience than any other Cleveland Clinic experience.
