I went this morning as a walk-in patient. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The doctor was kind and provided a thorough exam. We discussed my current condition and he recommended medications which were ordered before I left the office. I would definitely return again. read more

I went in immediately following a health scare, and was seen quickly with compassion and understanding. They spoke to me with respect, made sure I felt safe, and answered any and all of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed. I would feel comfortable coming here again and would definitely recommend to a friend. (plus they had some nice high quality freebies of soaps, lotions, sunscreen in baggies by the clinic's exit, which was so sweet and unexpected) read more

I made an appointment only to show up and be told it would be an hour and a half wait due to them taking "walk ins" and when I confronted them to ask what point in making appointments if I have to wait for walk in I was given a huge attitude. Then the receptionist ignorantly speaking to me handed back my ID and immediately picked up the phone and took a call and left me standing there with no thank you or goodbye and now answers to any of my questions. Horrible place to get care with ignorant receptionists working the front counter. UPDATE at 4:50PM after no call or text I finally call and they say "they are about to call you next" so some how my appointment went from 12:30 pm to 5pm Horrible place to get care go somewhere else!!!!! read more

If I could give this office a 0 I would... contacted this office today and was told to come right in they were taking walk ins and only to be told 5 mins later they were on a pause. I also then watched from my car in the parking lot at least 4 people walk into the office and be seen after we were asked to leave. So if you ask me it seems like the receptionist really does have the power. Also let me add the receptionist doesn't have any customer service skills at al. I have received better service at a gas station. And she is clearly the keeper of who is seen and who is not. We then called back 35 mins later and we were told to come back into the office where we proceeded to sit for almost 2 hours only not to been seen again... If you really want or need to see someone this is not the place to go. You have a better chance of seeing the pope in person vs a doctor or anyone else at this establishment. read more

I made an appointment for a rapid test. I come in on time, they do the test and then tell me it will take 20 minutes to get the results. one hour later i'm still waiting. I don't understand why it is necessary for me to sit here and wait. why can't they just call or email me like many other testing sites do. read more

I just took my son here, first time was Friday, June 10th, 2022. This was for a sprained ankle. We were treated with respect and the Dr and staff did a great job. Except we were told that they didn't have crutches the size my son needed and gave me a script. Mind you, there was NO medical supplies store open until Monday and there was NO Cray tech on staff. We were told we needed to come back the following day to get an x-ray. I did....my mistake. 10 seconds after I get there I get scolded yo sit down even though I was standing NOWHERE NEAR the person in front of me in line. But the receptionist, Danielle, felt the need to treat me with the most disrespect I have ever seen by someone in a professional position. I sat down and took the disrespect after asking for her for her name for my own records. Then she went back and clearly talked badly about me and my son so when we were called back the x-ray tech, Lisa, says loudly and judgementally when she calls my son back "those crutches are too big for him!!!" No, really?!?! You guys failed to give my son bigger crutches and now you want to shame me as a mother for doing the best I could do... I guess I should have widdled our own crutches the correct size out of wood. And then she proceeded to argue with me in front of my 8 year old son. I would have given them ZERO stars if it weren't for the staff the night before! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and ignorance in a professional environment before.
