Peter was great but idk if age and time got the best of him. You tell him what you want towards a cut or a nail trimming or ear cleaning and he forgets and or doesnt do it. You have to constantly check as soon as you pick up your dog .I have a puppy golden doodle and I recently dropped him off from an appointment he made with me. I come a great distance for him to spend almost 8 hours to groom him. Furthermore, when I went to pick him up, he kept shaking his head so now I'm on the verge of my baby having an ear infection $80 WASTED now he has to go to the Vet. Also when I dropped him off he was completely fine. I'm pretty sure Groomers would notice if a dog keeps shaking there head. He was also very abrupt and aggressive while grooming my dog when I went to pick him up after he told me he was done grooming my dog, but in reality he was not. Worst pet groomer ever. Couldn't even get the job done. I went in to get a nail trim. He only did one leg he didn't do the job correctly, he couldn't handle my dog he was a Chihuahua poodle. What kind of pet groomer to handle a dog. His fur was uneven which is my biggest pet peeve. Weeks later my friend went to get her pet groomed, her dog is just a fur ball, so puffy, she wanted a trim. Y'know, clean cut....she still wanted fur on her dog but just shorter. The guy literally shave off alllll of his coat. Damn near looked like a furless cat. She was so furious, she could cry. I've taken my dog here multiple times and we keep coming back and we're gonna keep coming back. Every time I would take Cody to a groomer he would come back with cuts all over the place near his private parts, sometimes in his face and his stomach, and that really bothered me because obviously it hurt him when that happened. Whenever I take him here He always comes back with no cuts whatsoever and he's just happy to see me he doesn't act different or looks like he was hurt. I just ask for him to take all his fur off because his fur grows really fast and he's able to cut his nails and get the hair out of his eyes and that's the most important to me also cutting the big coat he has. I never leave reviews on places, but it felt like this place is getting rated what it didn't deserve at least for me making sure that my dog doesn't bleed when he's getting haircuts. This dog groomer has horrible service. My mother dropped Bella off to get groomed and before the owner seen Bella he stated that we came late and has somewhere to be ,but can still service bella . That means he rushed while cutting her hair. She came home and immediately started scratching and crying. We didn't know what was wrong and decided to sleep on it . The next day we noticed there were patches all over her and realized she was cut ! We took her to the hospital immediately to find out she was cut during her grooming and now she has to get antibiotics and cone around her neck. Mistakes happen but the owner never made us aware that he cut Bella. We tried to tell him about his mistake and was super aggressive and told us we should have told him earlier and hung up the phone. First, this place smells like a cigarette, It doesn't have any way of ventilation because every door and window is cover by a thick paper, I walked in and the owner was holding a doggie in a very hard & harsh way. The owner is a very rude, disrespectful individual, I called yesterday to take my dog for the first time and he told me to bring him in today, as I walked in he told me "bring him tomorrow" I ask him why? And that he had told me today, he yelling to at me that he did told me at this time? He to told me other things in a very disrespectful, nasty way; I took me dog and walk away. HE DID A BIG FAVOR BY NOT TAKING MY DOG. This was the first place I brought my dog to be groomed as he is a puppy so I did a lot of research into looking for someone with great reviews. Needless to say, this place was phenomenal. I have a Bernese mountain dog and he trimmed, shampoo'd, and clipped his nails PERFECTLY which is no easy task for this breed. Great customer service, great price, and friendly guy. I LOVE this groomer! I used to take my dog to him at the old location and I got a new puppy so I took her to his new location. His prices are extremely affordable and he gave my puppy the best haircut! She looked so neat and clean! She has fur that grows in her eyes and he was able to clean that up, even though she is a very hyper dog and I'm sure she was struggling. I took her for a grooming during Christmas time and he gave me a discount and wouldn't allow me to tip him! Beware of this groomer. My dog went to this groomer for the first time & he's only a puppy. When I picked him up, he had bruises on him. He was traumatized. The place is very shady, he only accepts cash or check. The groomer is very cold, not nice at all with the dogs or me as a paying customer. Brought my dogs here in July. Mini poodles I keep hair short except for ears and top of head. They butchered my female everything was cut down to the skin her ears were so short inside and out that they got infected and I had to take her to a vet. I was in town visiting my daughter a was looking for a groomer. All the groomers I found had pros and cons. This place had some good reviews so I called an made a appointment. I cried. The boy cut was so messed up also. His excuse they were matted. Well I take my dogs to their pet groomer and sometimes I got 3 months. This had only been 7 weeks. I have used them a few times. Last time was bad as he trimmed my dog down to 1/2 inch from 4 in hair. I was very upset but the dog had a lot of tangles and matted hair. I wish he could have combed them out, or put more effort into that. However, I have been very happy on every other visit. Especially today where I needed just nail trim and butt shave. He did this for $6 bucks and it only took 5 minutes. I will be using him in the future but with specific instructions to prevent a full shave again. Yes this was an OK review so why the 4 stars? I took my dog in for grooming and he seemed very anxious when I picked him up. When I got home I noticed multiple bruises and two deep cuts on his ears which were causing for it to bleed terribly. He would not let me go near him because he was so traumatized. Kept crying in corners. It had been 3 days since I took him and his ears were still bleeding and looked worse even after treating it with medication. I understand that accidents happen but the groomer didn't even communicate to me that the accident had even occurred. I finally called the place to demand an explanation and he refused to take fault, wouldn't even give me my money back. All he said was to bring my dog back in so they could give him medicine. Why in the world would I even think to bring my dog back to that place. Please avoid this groomer at all costs, this is terrible business and they do not care about your pets. Also, it's cash or check only which is very shady. I am regretting taking my poor dog there every second. He is still in pain and bleeding from both ears.
