After that, I was afraid of seeking her guidance. So while 90% of times she was helpful, the unpredictable snaps made it very hard for me to continue on relaying information to help my daughter. She also doesn't take feedback well unless it's exactly what she expects to hear. For example my daughter told me she didn't enjoy therapy and when I told her that she automatically pointed the finger at me and said that I had caused it to happen. In fact I never even blamed her for that. I very much just wanted her to know that and it could be simply because therapy brought up issues my daughter wasn't ready to confront within herself yet. I just hope Dr March can understand that the way in which you communicate to parents matters. We are people too. We seek you out because we want what's best for our kids. We are not perfect but neither is anyone. Aside from this, she's smart and caring and I wish all the best for her and all the children she helps support.

I was referred to Tracy by a family member that works here. I was a patient for over a year. I…read morereally loved talking with Tracy and she helped me navigate through a hard time. We seemed to be on the same page with my goals and options and I valued her opinion. On 8/10 I had an appointment to discuss finally treating my ADHD. It took me years to even consider medication, but felt confident that she could help. Our session went great! She advised me of 3 different medication options. I am very sensitive to medications, so I requested the one that my son had done well with since I was already hesitant to try anything. She said she would fill it but warned me my insurance may not approve coverage. I understood and we left it as, if they declined the medication we would discuss something else. A week passed after that and I hadn't heard anything so I called and spoke with Ari. Med was declined but they were working on trying to get it approved and if not they'd help me find another option or maybe pay out of pocket. Ari was kind and helpful, even though she had to be the middle man for Tracy. After an entire MONTH of working with Ari to figure of WHAT medication Tracy was going to try since the preferred one was declined, WHAT meds my insurance will even approve, and even WHEN Tracy would let me know what we will be doing I finally left a VM that said hey, if we can't figure this out by the end of the week I'm just done. Short version- I started the drug 9/12 and by 9/15 I had high blood pressure, eye pain, confusion, and other concerning symptoms. I reached out Monday to schedule my follow up appointment and I asked Ari if I should be concerned of these symptoms, she PROMISED that she would have Tracy call me by the end of the day to make sure I was ok. She warned me to NOT stop the medication until I spoke with Tracy. By Wednesday by BP was even higher and I could hardly function. I called and Ari said "she didn't call you back yet?" NOPE. She said she would talk to her and get back to me. They were open until 7pm and still, NOTHING. By Thursday at 9AM I called multiple times and no one answered me so I left a very frustrated voice mail. Hello? Is this normal? Should I stop this medication? Why does no one return phone calls like this? Well to my surprise guess who finally called me? TRACY! I was so relieved she called and asked me what was going on. I told her my symptoms and she said to STOP the meds. Great, that's all I wanted to know! Then she asked me why I was calling so many times in the last month and that my behavior was super suspicious and she thinks my ANXIETY was CONCERNING TO HER. She said she has been "WATCHING ME" and then told me she intentionally was "PUMPING THE BREAKS" on HELPING ME because she saw I was communicating with Ari to figure out what the plan was. Excuse me? Did you just GASLIGHT your patient because you failed to effectively communicate a plan with me? I asked her why she didn't just call me and discuss that she felt concerned and she said she didn't talk to me ON PURPOSE. She admitted she was playing a MIND GAME with me. Absolutely not. Not only is that incredibly narcissistic, it is down right predatory. Tracy, you could kill someone with behavior as a psychiatrist like that. BE CAREFUL. Advocate for yourself and if you are starting a new medication have a back up plan in case she ghosts you and then blames YOU! Oh, and after she gaslit me she yelled at me, refused to let me talk, fired me, and hung up on me! Thank you for your professionalism. Unfortunate for me, I will never ever work with a psychiatrist again for mental health or medications. It was incredibly heartbreaking to hear her say those things about me and not take any ownership on how it was handled. Insinuating I'm crazy and that was justification for withholding care? I actually do think this is very out of character for her, but she definitely earned this one.

I put up with a lot from them. I know there are better facilities but this was close and easy for awhile. Together they have zero clue what they are doing. That's 100% obvious - Totally messed up my long term disability leave due to messing up dates and information. Messed up my treatment this week with no notice to make other arrangements. There is no actual doctor at this practice - there are no actual trained mental health professionals - just a couple of nurses writing scripts. It's kinda crazy. They lie to patents, bait & switch people, cause panic attacks over stupid stuff and try to charge you for their mistakes - when they can't keep their own vacation schedules straight - it's really sad and frustrating dealing with them. I personally hope they lose their licensing for spravato and scripts after the way they have mistreated me - the stories I have documented over the last year are wild. Telling me you are writing scripts for your husband so you can take them is unethical and you should not joke about it with anyone especially not your patient. I don't care if it's an antibiotic or not your ethics are poor. It's not cute or funny. PS the owner Ally's laugh is super obnoxious while people are in treatment - they would be goofing around joking / talking outside the treatment room - totally unprofessional - no noise cancelation or white noise can combat that laugh - I can't tell you how many times I've listened to you talking to your clients about their meds?!? No confidentiality here.... Look elsewhere - I'm sure a better clinic will open up in the next year if I have anything to say about it.

First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT. I felt so lost and stressed especially in the state I was in already. I felt threatened to have a session or not. Please, take the time to listen, be patient, understanding, responsive, and act with care as all these patients are going through tough times. Edit* After writing this review, I experienced an unsavory set of actions in order for me to take down this review, thus slowing my healing process. I have no doubt they have helped individuals before, but the unsavory actions indicate large red flags for this business. I advise caution. After every session, Katarina would just walk away like time was up that's it. I just felt like a stranger that she had to talk to for one hour and then that's it. Being a social worker, I felt it lacked the empathy and warmth. I've never felt as if she tried to understand me. I switched to my old psychologist and after just one session with him I felt hopeful. May as well just use a free, more highly specific resource. I was advised to take action that is opposite of that for dealing with someone with the issues presented and would've further antagonized an already dangerous situation. Presented with the caveat they really don't know. I am not paying to get advice from someone who doesn't know! I can get bad advice for free, on my own time and not have to drive! Maybe try online therapy that isn't as expensive and time consuming and offers more alternatives for your specific issue. Extremely disappointing. Do not recommend.
