This company is a lifesaver. I had a problem with my key not turning in my vehicle, not allowing me to start the car. I figured it was a bad ignition cylinder as it's a common issue with that model. I originally called a different locksmith and the guy that showed up looked at it and told me it wasn't the ignition cylinder and left. My car was stranded in a random parking lot for a few days until I finally found this guy! I called him early in the day and scheduled for him to meet me at the car at night after I got off work. Check this out though, he told me he was going to go to the car an hour before I get off so he could start working on it and all I needed to do was send him a picture of the key. He then made a key from the picture and started working on the car before I got off. When I met him at the car he was wrapping up and all he needed to do was program the key. He finished up while it was storming out, and gave me an extra key on the house. Good guy that I definitely recommend. Oh, and it was the ignition cylinder that was the issue. I've never had to get a key replaced at a locksmith before, so I was completely unsure of what to do when I couldn't find my car keys at night after leaving my job. He uses the barcode in the dashboard to create a key in his mini workshop in the back of his van. He went above and beyond what was expected - he made two quality keys for me instead of just one. I am so happy with the service I recieved today, Igor was awesome!!!! When I called I was frustrated and a bit upset. I lost my ignition key at work. I had called a few locksmith and they were pushy and over priced. One even told me it would be 8:00 at night before he could get to me and I called at 5:00. This locksmith actually works on Sundays. Its also the only one that answered the phone when I called. I saw lots of locksmiths on Google that claimed to work weekends, but apparently that's in a parallel universe far far away. Enough of the sarcasm, this locksmith came to my aide on a Sunday afternoon and opened my door for me. He could have been sitting at home watching a football game instead.
