I moved into a house and had a number of locks to change and thankfully the Yelp community came through on this one. I called them and was able to schedule an appointment with Jeremy for an estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. He took a look at all of the doors and not only gave me estimates, but also which locks to get and from where which saved me a significant amount of money. He even helped me reprogram my garage doors on the day of the estimate itself. Fast forward to the lock install day, again he showed up on time and got right to work. He installed 3 locks and re-keyed my doors without any issue. After he was done, he cleaned up and vacuumed the areas that were messed up and verified that all the locks were fully functional. He gave me a tutorial on how to program each of the locks and was patient when I was messing up. If I ever need a locksmith service again, Buckeye is the only one I'll be returning to! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Buckeye Locksmith. We had a frozen lock on our car door and I used Yelp to get a few estimates. Buckeye Locksmith responded very quickly with an estimate; another company responded with the same dollar estimate, but took a long time to reply, was less friendly, and weren't going to come to my house. Buckeye Locksmith was friendly and prompt and WOULD come to my house, so between the two, it was a clear choice. They worked around my schedule and we agreed on a Saturday morning appointment. He called 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He had my lock fixed in under 2 hours and even fixed the underlying problem, a burr on my key, so it wouldn't happen again.
