I love my car so much, and if I can get a few more years our of it, I'd be happy. She said they're great, reasonably priced, and do not try to swindle their customers with unnecessary repairs. So I decided to check them out. Upon entering, I was greeted by the nicest receptionist I may have ever met. She had a great smile, was friendly, and was professional but still laid back. I explained what I needed, which included looking at why my engine light was on, check my shocks (because my car made very loud noises with every little bump in the road), and anything else they could find. Then I wanted an estimate and we'd discuss next steps. Made an appointment for the upcoming Thursday, left my car overnight, keys in the Dropbox, and they'd look at it in the morning. Got the estimate a few days later than anticipated, because the mechanic is always SUPER busy, then scheduled a pickup. Turned out that I needed new tires (which was not a surprise), my shocks were dead (hence the loud banging whenever I drove over a little bump), and my heater was on the fritz (the engine light). Spoke to the mechanic, and he said he could have my car ready by the following evening. So I said let's do all work as a holiday treat to myself. Picked up my car after work the following day, met up with the mechanic, and he went over everything with me. To my surprise, and due to an error, they even did a little extra work and didn't charge me for it! When I drove my car home, it felt like it was brand new, and if it wasn't for my "dog blankets" protecting my car seats, I would think that I just drove it off the sales lot. Overall, Auto Solutions is a place I will continue to go back to. The professionalism mixed with a laid-back personal approach, really made me feel at ease. Not charging me for some extra work that was done was a very nice holiday gift from them, and I am very grateful. Be fair warned, if you are a type A personality, and need everything quickly laid out in front of you, in a very specific time frame, they may not be your first choice. But if you have a little time on your hands, I will always highly recommend them.

I was in and out in about an hour! The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and has a cold water dispenser so I was able to refill my water bottle. It was only $148 for the oil change, disposal of old oil few, new quarts of oil, labor, taxes!! Excellent value!! The owner is very personable, kind, and has a wry sense of humor! In addition to some of the specifics mentioned in my previous review (see below), there have been several instances where Ankers could have just recommended the more expensive route to fix something, but chose to allow us to make an informed decision by trying alternatives or doing things incrementally so that it could be determined if a smaller fix would suffice. All this without sacrificing the integrity of the car, though. It is such a relief to know you are going to receive competent and honest work on one of the major financial investments you make: your vehicle. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff worked on the truck for a good while to determine if there was damage. After a while, they determined that a dealer may be able to provide a more thorough diagnostic. We are only getting our truck back TODAY (radiator) and will bring it to a local dealer for a more thorough diagnostic. Everything that could go wrong went wrong; we had to postpone our trip to see family until the fall; the rental place had no more cars until the next day.
