Talked me trough my repairs thoroughly, gave me options on the best and most cost effective repairs to get me back on the road. I'm not a mechanic so they way they handled my repairs put me at ease and definitely lowered my stress level about being broke down in a strange place. Rob and Dustin are very friendly and very competent technicians! They did outstanding work for me and I got home safely. I even received a courtesy phone call from Rob a couple hours after I left their shop to check to see if I made it home safely. He's also very polite and personable as well, which unfortunately seems to be a rare trait in this industry. One thing I particularly like is that he has been happy to explain / show / teach about the different parts involved and their issues. This way, not only do I come away a little bit more equipped w/ car knowledge, but I also come away with the priceless confidence and peace that I'm not getting ripped off. There have been several times where he's alerted me to issues, but said they aren't critical and probably don't need fixing - something the average unscrupulous mechanic, who cares more about a buck than the customer, would never say. As I said before honesty seems to be rare in this field, so now that I've found someone I can trust, I'm thankfully sticking with him. The prices have always been reasonable too.
