Really great folks! I had purchased 4 studded snow tires mounted on steel wheels from Tire Rack (The Tire Shop is a preferred installer) and then I hit a deer with my car and thought it might be totaled. I called Tire Rack and they said, no problem, they would refuse the delivery. Bad news! The UPS driver just dropped the tires outside and ran off. The Tire Shop called me and were super apologetic that this had happened. However, in the interim hour between calls, the insurance company told me my car would be repaired. I told the guys at The Tire Shop that it would likely be two weeks before I could come in and they said no problem, they would store the tires until then. When my car was fixed, I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and was in and out in a few minutes. Their charge for the installation of the tires was more than fair ($27 total) (note: these were already mounted and balanced on new steel wheels with 4 brand new TPMS sensors already installed). They told me to come back after 25 miles for a retorque. I did so, and once again, in and out in only a few minutes. Once again, top level service from great guys (especially on a revenue negative service, although they likely get a small percentage from Tire Rack). Thank you! read more

These guys are amazing! I got a flat tire on the NY state Thruway late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend and they took care of me. Not only were they the only place anywhere near there that had the right size tire in stock they actually stayed open an extra hour to give me time to get my car towed in so they could replace it. We have to really thank the guys at the tire shop. We were traveling the Thruway when all of a sudden our tire lights on the dash lid up. We just had brand new tires put on the car. Rather than continue traveling we pulled off and pulled up their store on yelp. We went right in and they helped us exceptionally. Turns out the tires were just over inflated. They resolve the issue and sent us on our way safely. read more

Blew the tread on our tire driving on the freeway. Pulled off the exit...and back on the road in 30 minutes. Fast service. Very pleased.

On our way home our truck started shaking because the belts slipped in our tire so we called this place as we limped off the thruway. They were closing but Joe stayed opened and with in minutes changed our tire so we could continue home. I highly recommend this place. read more
