Rodney and Lori are a cut above most folks and they will take care of your needs, and stand by their work. I needed a new transmission and Rodney took a ride and figured out what I needed, and gave me a great price to replace my transmission parts. I drove it for a couple hundred miles and all was well when I brought it in for a checkup before heading across the country. Two-three months later there was an issue with some part of the new transmission and I lost power. I called Rodney and he stood by his work, but told me he would take care of it. He paid for a tow to a shop in California and the next day we had a brand new full transmission dropped in - at no charge to us at all!!!! We were blown away that he was such a stand up guy and took care of us. I will never use anyone but Rodney at Saunders transmission for any service on my vehicles from now on. When I went to have it towed away the next day (a sunday on which they are not able to repair any cars and on which they were aware I was going to have my car towed away to a repair shop that could get me back on the road) I was charged a fee to get my car out. They could have just left my car at the hotel if it was going to be such an ordeal and then I would not have had to wait 4hrs and get charged a fee to get my car out of their jail. Call Verns instead!
