I called made an appointment,paid to have my car towed to them! They called back and said they couldn't fix the problem only for me to find out that they never even looked at my car!He claims because he only has one mechanic, so why not just say that instead of having me waste my money on a tow! Do better........ read more

It took 1 1/2 hrs to get to me just to jump off my car. Then the man proceeded to not jump my car off correctly, he just kept telling me to turn the key over and not giving the battery a chance to charge and completely ignored me when I suggested doing so. He then told me that he believed that my starter was bad and I needed to call a tow truck to take it to a shop. My father is a mechanic that lives three hours away from me and he drove to look at the car and went ahead a brought a new starter just in case. He decided just to try and charge the battery anyways and the car started!!! It was just a dead battery after all. I put a review on their facebook page that retold this story and gave them one star and this company removed my review, blocked me, and reported me to Facebook. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!

We had a problem with our car spitting and sputtering and needed an automotive shop that did diagnostics. We found it in LNC Automotive. They are all very professional and even give you a call to notify you of the problem and to see if you want to fix the problem. I have gone to several auto repair shops around town and they never call you with the findings. I am extremely happy and satisfied with LNC and the owners and have finally found my repair go to shop. Their work is superb and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them every time to someone! read more

all I can review on is my personal experience with LNC, they got on my car as soon as that next day after evaluating the repairs and giving me a quote. While nobody likes the rising costs of repairs, you have to trust certain people to not overcharge you and as I did my own research, I found them to be quite reasonable. A mechanic is one of 5 go to people you HAVE to trust and be able to rely on, just like your barber/hairdresser, Dentis/Doctor, LNC is that for me. read more

Good place to get your vehicle repaired and tires balanced and mounted. I have taken three different vehicles there for different repairs and have had a good experience each time and the issues with the vehicles were fixed right and quickly, with fair and reasonable pricing. LNC is very fair. They fixed my brakes last week and we're honest in letting me know it also needs back brakes and rotors. They are a great family business and will help you in any way they can but are not pushy on the work you need done. They tell you upfront what the problem is and break down the cost. Then let you decide. They do great work. Lee knows what he's doing when he takes care of your car. Fast and efficient. read more

I've been a customer of LNC for two years. First experience, I took my 4-runner in as I was having an issue with my rear wheel making a noise. I got a quote for parts and labor. Once Lee, disassembled the wheel, I did not needed any replacement parts. It only need to be adjusted and tightened. He only charged me labor. That's being honest. read more
