Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. The company shrugged the shoulders and told us there was nothing they could do, and that it was an "upgrade". One motion-sick trip later, we called up, nothing was offered, but they swore that the return trip a few days later would be the 33-person passenger bus that we paid for. What came was a 24 person passenger bus. Luckily there were some people who could carpool with others, otherwise we would have run out of space. They refunded $100, and never apologized. Do not use.

So naturally I asked what that entailed. Their answer? The drive wears a tuxedo. I asked if they could just let the drivers wear their normal outfit and save me $800 and they said no. They rudely followed this up with "If you're looking to save $800 maybe we're not the company for you". So they're not the company for me. Fine. They also shouldn't be the company for you. Who wants to pay $800 for their limo driver to wear a tuxedo? $800? Am I buying him or her a tuxedo? TL;DR? They are rude on the phone and seem to think that a wedding justifies a massive price increase with negligible benefit (you be the judge) for the same service. I think that's bad service.
