He told me he had left, but nobody showed up when I specifically told him that my daughter was in the elevator when he called me two minutes prior before leaving. Driver was especially rude and could hardly speak any English so there was a language barrier there. finally called the office to complain to see if they were going to send Taxi back after he left leaving my daughter outside and being late for school. called the dispatcher seemed like he didn't really care much about the situation on how to approach or fix it by sending another car immediately he just kept saying thank you thank you thank you in broken English . very unprofessional I will definitely never call this company again. Anyway, the story ends by me calling a bluebird 632-0909. They were able to get a taxi over here in five minutes and get my daughter to school on time. Thank you very much Bluebird. They're located in the train station very professional office and very clean vehicles. And you can actually communicate with them I'm gonna recommend all my friends and family and all new tenants of all buildings around me in the local high-rises to use Blue Bird instead of this company Union taxi I honestly think that they don't have the capability or the professionalism to run a good car service in this part of town. After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. Peltown sucks! They leave women waiting for 20 minutes even…read morethough they have space in a southbound car who has to go northbound in the middle of the night to obey "the rules". "The rules" of the Peltown/Pelham agreement which first and foremost accommodates Pelham, then New Rochelle and finally Mt. Vernon (even if Mt. Vernon is the closest stop which is most usually the case). The drivers never get tipped though except from the Mt. Vernon folks (according to them). How sad that snobbery overrides good service and good payment. I'll go use Reliable and give my money to a company who at least doesn't have some ridiculous agreement with an uppity town. Oh - and this was at 11:00 at night that I was left standing there at the train station. I WAS a regular customer of this company but having once again gotten terrible service (like the time I was in a back brace and left to stand there after surgery), I will either walk or take my money elsewhere. They cry poor and claim that they have no drivers and/or cars - it's always one thing or another. Unbelievable in one of the richest towns in New York! No wonder people got pistol-whipped and mugged. They said, not a problem, they could meet me in 10 minutes and the driver was a dog lover. They were 5 minutes late, but I was very, very relieved. The drive was easy, both my dogs are well behaved in cars, and the cost was not much more than an Uber or Lyft. I tipped well and was on my way!
