Maybe I caught them on a good day, don't know, but my visit and cleaning at this Aspen location a few months ago was pretty good. My only complaint is the hygienist was a little rough on my gums and they were sore until the next day. The staff were all pleasant and got me from the waiting room on time. Expect a lot of X-rays. It's a little odd that they require your first visit to be for X-rays and a consultation only (no hygienist cleaning), but they can try to work you in that day if the hygienist has time. Getting an appointment can be difficult as they seem to be heavily booked for several months.

Only injection that hurt was the roof of my mouth and that always hurts no matter who does it. I will be continuing to use this practice and would recommend it to anyone.
