The office itself is clean and modern, and the prices are very competitive. The staff are all very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you enter. My dentist is Dr. Arencibia who is phenomenal. She is so gentle I couldnt even feel the shots, and her dental work is perfect! Both her and her assistant were so knowledgeable and kind, and walked me through each procedure and answered all of my questions. Honestly, the best dentist practice I have ever been to. Finding Dr Truax was a breath of fresh air. The office was beautiful and recently remodeled. The staff was professional from making the appointment, helping me with process, getting me financial information and eventually checking me out. Lindsay, my Technician, was wonderful and explained what was happening with my teeth and she gave me the best cleaning I've had since I left Massachusetts. Dr Truax is a revelation! I had lost a crown a year ago and had gone to a Dentist who could not have been worse. I was there for hours, mostly waiting, meeting with "financial" people. I sat in a chair listening to a woman in the next room getting a "hard sell" to get work done she didn't want. I left there without even getting my teeth cleaned. I did nothing for a year thinking I couldn't find a Dentist until I met someone who suggested Dr Truax. Dr Truax spent time with me ; he reviewed in detail my case. Ultimately he recommended what he could do and suggested a conservative course of treatment not doing things that were going to cost thousands. I have to return for a small cavity and that's it. I know I am going on here but I'm just so happy to finally have a Dentist. In addition Dr Truax's Dad operates a clinic in the same building where they serve patients who can't afford dental care. When I arrived, I again said I was there for a dental cleaning only, No xrays and No exam. The receptionist said yes, barely speaking English. I then went into the back and they insisted I had to get xrays, I hesitantly said OK, Again, almost no English. Then they inspected my teeth which I did not ask for. Right after that, ok you can leave now. I replied no I am here for a dental cleaning. I talked to the manager and she said that is not how it works. I asked them to at least email me the xrays and the manager replied we don't have email, my manager will email them in 3 days. She then sarcastically said to the other receptionists, I guess he will be finding another dentist. I lost several hours of pay and also lost the dental benefit for the year, is was a disaster.

This was for my husband, Bell Tower dental should write off the charges since it was totally their fault. I went here too, was not pleased and changed dentist. BEWARE of their billing it is a mess. I overheard another patient talking about the inordinate number of crowns Dr. Norris does. It seems to me that he's running assembly line dentistry and that he doesn't stand behind his work. The lady assistant introduced herself and told me she had worked for the doctor for 30 years. She made me feel like family and set me at ease right away. The doctor then entered, introduced himself, and visited a moment before beginning the exam. The place was extremely upscale and all his staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Trettenero was very pleasant, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. He then asked the assistant to get the X-rays needed. This office was equipped with what seemed to be the most updated technology necessary for any situation. The X-ray machine was amazing, like nothing I had ever seen. It only took moments and we were done, back into the room for review. Dr. Trettenero sat with me, explaining what we saw on the monitor. There were 3-dimensional rotating views, and views showing layers of each upper and lower. And all turned out better than I imagined. No cavities, I just needed an adjustment to align my bite. Afterward, Dr. Trettenero cleaned my teeth and said all looked good, I'd been doing a good job. He was very gentle while doing the work, and cleaning was the easiest I ever experienced, anywhere.
