And then a lady comes out and says to my husband "oh your still here?" so you knew he was there waiting and I assume she would have been ok that he waited so long that he would've just gotten pissed and left. What do you "oh your still here??" So unprofessional!!! My husband was treated with no care or any sort of sympathy for his pain.

I also asked about the cost and was told it would be no more than $2000 without insurance. After about 8 X-rays , I was taken to their green room and was told they didn't except my insurance and the cost was double what I had been quoted. I just received a bill for $147 for nothing. I will not go back.

My first memory of the place was taking a kindergarten class trip to the office where Dr. Byerly showed us all about being a dentist. Fast forward about 15 years or so (can't remember exact dates) and Dr. Byerly sold the office to Dr Ray, and it's been in great hands ever since. Dr. Ray renovated the place and it is a super nice office. The staff is incredibly friendly and gentle with their cleanings. Many of them have been there for a very long time. Dr. Ray is a great dentist who is very personable, as well as Dr. Murray. You're in great hands at Carolina Dental Studio, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Dentist.

He is a wonderful dentist and if and when he retires I will cry and hold onto his ankles. His staff was and is wonderful. Satterfield Family Dentistry was lucky to get Dr. Herring when he closed his Cedar Springs office. Satterfield Denistry has the same ethics, and compassion as Dr. Herring and I appreciate that immensely.

The dental work was good. It was the billing that was an issue with me. My claim is billed to 2…read moreproviders. I provided both insurance cards. The issue was that I received a 30 days past due bill. I never received the 1st bill. I called to clarify the billing because one provider was not billed. I left several messages but did not receive a return call. Someone finally answered the telephone and had me email the information to her. She would give it to the office manager. I received another 30 days past due past due with the same wrong amount. I mailed everything back with a check for the correct amount. I also sent copies of the insurance cards that were already on file. The Office Manager has never contacted me. My dentist is in Charlotte. Does anyone know of a good dentist with a respectful business manager in Spartanburg? Thank you in advance.
