Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider.

I get it you are the person responsible for payments but to be rude and unkind to people like they are not going to pay your business? Shame on her. She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us.
