He is a Buckeye through and through (born and raised from central Ohio). He was formally trained in New York City and has deep roots within his family in Dentistry. This is his practice and it is livelihood. If something is amiss or wrong, tell him and he will promptly address it and offer resolutions (not excuses). His hands are as good and gentle as his word. This man will not fail you. He repaired my wife's tooth without any pain and in appropriate steps. He discussed all treatment options, costs/benefits/risks were disclosed honestly. I get it you are the person responsible for payments but to be rude and unkind to people like they are not going to pay your business? Shame on her. She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us. She threatened to keep my husband in the office until he paid the balance of $1800. (Yeah Gretch, show your true colors over $1800).
