everything was great until my denture broke within 1 yr, was supposed to be guaranteed for 7 yrs, I would have to take it back every 3 to 4 months to get repaired, after 3 1/2 yrs. I ask if we could just make a new bottom, things got quiet, so I said I would pay 1/2. they come back telling me that just the bottom normally cost $8000. so, they would let me have them for $2000. now remind you, I still have 3 1/2 yrs warranty, I told them $8000 for the denture, I only paid $7250 for 8 mini- implants and the lower denture, the math isn't adding up, I enjoyed the service, just wish they had been a little bit more reasonable, I feel I was treated unfairly, cookie k. read more

Hawkins was paid over 30000 for the fix on six mini dental implants. The process was supposed to take 10 months. At the 1.5 year mark and numerous try-ins that did not fit properly or feel comfortable, I requested a partial refund to have teeth made by a different provider. Hawkins' office refused. They refused to refund any money at all. Now I have no teeth and no money to remedy the situation. Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider. read more

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Hawkins and his staff! First, they welcome you with open arms, everyone that works for Dr. Hawkins is uber friendly! The office and very well laid out and decorated, and always at a pleasant temperature. They also guarantee all the fillings which is a nice piece of mind. I actually had a filling that needed some touch up and they touched it up free of charge! they stand by the work they do!!!!! Dr. Hawkins and staff also make sure you feel NO PAIN! Even the slightest "jump" he and the staff immediately STOP and if you feel a slightest punch they will do everything in order for that feeling to go away and stay away thru the entire procedure!!!!!!
