She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us. Fast forward to today, when Gretchen was being the rudest person in this world talking down to my husband when he asked about the balances. They advised once they bill my insurance they will issue a refund. They scam customers and force them to have debt, opposed to being clear and transparent. If they were unable to schedule with a in network provider the should have made it clear, so I could seek treatment elsewhere.
