At the 1.5 year mark and numerous try-ins that did not fit properly or feel comfortable, I requested a partial refund to have teeth made by a different provider. Hawkins' office refused. They refused to refund any money at all. Now I have no teeth and no money to remedy the situation. Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider.

The location is also incredibly convenient since my regular doctor and eye doctor are all right there. Dr. Waggle has been in practice a long time and it's great how his care has kept up with technology. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new dentist.

I have been waiting for 6 months just for an estimate that never came. However, when it came time for me to have a cleaning they were very quick to reach out and try to get me to come back in. When I said no, they then decided to send me a bill from 6 months ago! How can you seriously wait 6+ months to send a bill for a cleaning?! This has happened to my family members too, they choose to leave this dentist because of it and I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt and now its happened to me also! I saved all the messages between myself and the business so I would know how long this took. Additionally, they are not even giving me 30 days to pay the bill they due date is 15 days after the statement was printed. So I have 11 days from the date a received this bill... choose a different provider, thank me later for the warning.
