This has happened to my family members too, they choose to leave this dentist because of it and I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt and now its happened to me also! I saved all the messages between myself and the business so I would know how long this took. Additionally, they are not even giving me 30 days to pay the bill they due date is 15 days after the statement was printed. So I have 11 days from the date a received this bill... choose a different provider, thank me later for the warning.

First up they knowingly knew that our insurance was out of network but withheld the information. . Vicki, one of the desk workers, literally said how we didn't do OUR jobs with the insurance and how "this conversation wasn't fruitful and she was done and hung up". You do not treat a customer that way despite how annoyed you are! It is their job to serve their customers. Gracie, the other desk worker, also hung up on us and we had to call back. When we finally were able to give them the credit card (since they had already hung up twice) she said nothing else and hung up. Not even a goodbye. They just don't want to deal with their customers. We have never felt so unvalued as paying customers who had given them HUNDREDS of dollars. This place is unorganized, dishonest, and flat out rude. Take your business anywhere else but here.

They refused to refund any money at all. Now I have no teeth and no money to remedy the situation. Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider.
