I am none the wiser and wouldn't have known the difference , but he was so genuine and honest ( something sad to say, is scarce in the business world these days) He gave me recommendations of simple fixes and told me that his services were not required in this situation. When you hire them they will give you a time frame of when they will do the work. Ignore that…read morebecause they missed their time estimate by MONTHS. We also paid them extra for a permit and they tried to do the work without a permit and didn't even file for the permit until after we sent them away for not having the permit. Lastly, they damaged our patio and rutted the the yard and will not fix the damage or even respond to our emails. I can't say whether or not their work was adequate as that I am not an engineer, but I can say that they are extremely unprofessional.
