The worst. Roof on pavilion has leaked since day one they took way longer on the job and the people that showed up. Their butt cracks were showing didn't know any English, cigarettes left in my yard. We have a divot that's about 3 foot wide in the corner of our pavers, we put in about 650 feet of pavers.. They are the absolute worst. Don't waste your money. Our experience with River Stonework has been incredible. Rafaela is great to work with, incredibly friendly, and very responsive. She is prompt and has had no issue giving different 3d renderings until we found the plan that worked best for our yard. Delivery of our pavers was quick and they got started (and completed) the very next day. We also got a retractable screen and permanent screen. Their range of what they offer will allow us to keep coming back to them with each project in the future (a paved porch, paved driveway, pergola, outdoor kitchen!). We worked with River Stonework & Marco to get our large paver pathway constructed. They did a phenomenal job. The workers were professional, they were on time, and they were very courteous to our neighbors even cleaning off their driveway and areas. They made sure that I was happy with decisions made and were very concerned that I was happy with the work along the way. When the work was completed, they left the lot clean and put things back and better than they were than what I would expect of most contractors. We requested an estimate for pavers to be put in our new screen enclosure. Since most of the enclosure already had pavers, we wanted to try to match them the best they could. My husband met with Amany, the sales agent, first. She convinced my husband to replace the existing pavers under the enclosure, but not the ones in the lanai... She boasted about how much she knew and how the owner was her uncle and we'd get a great deal and great quality. So we decided to go with them. Then when she came back to "seal the deal", I was there. She was dressed in shorts, sandals and a loose fitting button up top that was unbuttoned to below her bra. I should have realized the unprofessionalism was evident. They did have the best price though, so that was my second mistake. Amany opened a brochure, flipped through it and pointed at the color scheme that she "knew" would match the remaining pavers in the lanai, and since she continually boasted about her knowledge, we agreed to trust her. Well, we now have YELLOW, burnt orange and a few dark denim pavers in our enclosure that did not match the current denim pavers at all. I was livid. When I emailed and spoke to Amany about it, she basically told me "you signed off on the color!" pushing it back on me when we trusted her! HUGE MISTAKE! So her "uncle", the owner, and his wife came over and offered us a discounted rate to just replace the older denim pavers. Basically, we felt pressured that he had no intentions of replacing the YELLOW pavers, so we agreed that at least it would be uniform, so we paid more money to "fix" Amany's mess. Not once did we feel like this company was interested in what we, the customer, actually wanted. They just wanted us to accept their pavers and move on with life. We are now in our retirement home, where we sit outside enjoying our beautiful yard and enclosure and have to look at the bright yellow pavers every day. At first, I thought the owners were really trying to make things right, and I truly believe they did want to smooth things over, but they were not willing to actually take care of what upset me, they chose to basically, convince me that I had to live with the pavers. After all, his wife did say to me, "we have your signature that you agreed to this color!". We feel like this company didn't provide us with quality customer service, we felt manipulated and pressured to accept a product we were not happy with and they knew we were not happy. In retrospect, the sales person was very pushy & unprofessional and the owners were also pushy and made us feel like we had no options. Paver installation and sealing!!! If you are looking for a paver company, look no further! Lima Stoneworks is the best. Incredible craftsmanship, timely and great prices!!! Their communication with me throughout the whole process was second to none. The owner came out to provide me with a quote and offered awesome suggestions I hadn't thought of when planning my patio extension. The pavers for the extension are perfectly matched to my existing patio. I couldn't be happier. And not only that, they went above and beyond and fixed some loose and sinking pavers that had previously been installed by another company. After the job was completed, I had them seal all of my pavers and it's literally the best I've ever seen. I used Paver Pro for sealing in the past and it was the worst application of sealant, sloppy job and didn't last for even a full month. Lima Stoneworks has restored my faith!!
