Chandler arrived within a couple hours of my call, and anchored the rail to a thick board that provided the proper support for all the bolts. He also adjusted the chain and realigned the opener settings for the door. It's now quieter than ever, seals properly when it closes, the rail is solid and the fix looks professionally done. For the amount of time and work, I felt the cost for labor was reasonable and a good value.

So I told them to put me on the list and that I was going to try to reach another locksmith as I was supposed to be at work! I did call the other locksmith in the area, no answer for one, and the other one answered and told me that his technician would be reaching out to me. When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond. Disappointed!! I had them out to repair something that was…read moreunder warranty. At my house for less than 40 minutes and my total for labor was $250!! That's over half of what it cost me to get the sump pump installed brand new. I was shocked!! When I asked what their hourly rates were I was told the price is based on the job done. Calling did no good. I was told there's nothing that can be done. I will never call Hines for anything. Under warranty or not, I'll figure it out before I call them back. I'm upset over the cost for the work done and the time it took. If this is what it costs maybe upon calling they should disclose that the labor will cost me $250 flat rate. Wish the job would have taken 3 hours, I'd feel I got my money's worth.
